I booked an appointment with Daniel after reading some positive reviews, and I can honestly say they were completely accurate. I had been struggling with RSI for about a year when I went to see him, along with a particularly bad bout of sciatica. I was also experiencing some unusual symptoms such as vertigo, eye pain, and an irregular heartbeat, which I later learned were linked to structural and muscular issues.
I had 10 sessions with Daniel, and they’ve been the most successful treatments I’ve had to date. I’ve dealt with back problems on and off for years, so I don’t say that lightly. Daniel clearly knows his stuff and took the time to understand my symptoms and treated them in a way that made a lasting difference.
By the final session, I was pain free and walked away with a lot more knowledge which is something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. I do plan to continue with occasional maintenance sessions going forward.
I would highly recommend Daniel.

I first visited Ben Cohen Osteopathy on recommendation from my cousin, I was in excruciating pain! My osteopath is Ryan Whitehead, he was very welcoming, understanding and explained why my pain was so bad. My GP had suggested surgery but Ryan explained it would not be necessary as my issue was fixable.
I had weekly visits at first gradually increasing time in between, I amnow pain free, I am so happy and grateful to Ryan.

I've been seeing Ben Cohen for a number of months for jaw tension, shoulder tension and issues relating to hypermobility. Ben is a true expert and I'm often amazed at how quickly he can identify and treat the root causes of pain. My jaw pain has drastically reduced, and he has given me lots of practical advice on how to address my hypermobility and increase my stability.
Can not recommend enough. We have been seeing Daniel Sherwood with our 7 week old baby girl. He has given us so many great tips to help her feel more comfortable and seems to have a way with settling babies! I train BJJ and lift weights, and I’d developed ongoing shoulder and neck issues, including a shoulder impingement that was starting to affect both training and day-to-day movement. Ben quickly identified the root causes and explained everything clearly.
