Great experience with Joseph in Tsavo The overall experience was great, our driver/guide Joseph made sure that we had a good time during our trip to Tsavo East/ West. He was knowledgeable of everything within the park and he knew the best spots for great pictures so we can take photos for our folks back home. Looking forward for the next trip in the parks of Kenya!

Very pleasant and professionally organised Safari We had a very nice safari to Amboseli Parc, lots of animals, a splendid view of Mt Kilimanjaro and fine accomodation. It was arranged smoothly at very short notice. Paul was a very reliable and safe driver and aood guide. All was efficiëntly discussed and organised by Alfred and his staff. 10 days tour in Kenya We had a very fancy journey with this company in January 2024. That was perfect. Our tour for 3 person's was for 10 days we visited Masai mara, Naivasha y very another placed in kenya. Our driver came to the airport an ex pick off us and then with the safari car (land cruiser) visited a lot of places. The name of our guide and drivrr was Gorge. He was very nice and professional and I advise that take tour with him. Another advise is that Masai Mara and Naivasha are the best we were three 2 night in Masai Mara that was enough but just one night in Naivasha that was not enough time because the soap hotel in Naivasha was perfect

great it was an excellent experience the service of the company was perfect I recommend choosing them one example. I had altitude sickness during the climbing the team took care of me good and safety

Experiencing the great Mara with Bencia Our first family trip to the Mara was the best with Bencia. Everything was well laid out by their team from the pickup at our home. Our driver Joseph was very calm and fun. He took us deep in the Mara river streams to see the animals. Some parts were scary but it felt dangerously fun😁😁. We saw so many animals. My highlight was a Kill when we saw lionesses strategically hunting down a Warthog and leopard's kill.

Point Lenana and Nanyuki transfers After finding us off the street the nairobi office organised transport and guiding for Mt Kenya trek to Point Lenana. One of the tour party had baggage lost by airline and also stomach issues so the organisers were understanding and accommodated going via airport to pick up our luggage on the way to Nanyuki. Once in Nanyuki since we wanted more days to recover and rest we delayed start date a little and that was also flexibly accommodated by guiding team. Our point of contact in Nairobi was Charles, in Nanyuki it was Daniel. Mt Kenya team: Sam - guide Chef - Patrick Douglas and Simon - Porters Tips would be to take or request portions of your own food like instant noodles if you aren’t accustomed to Kenyan cuisine. Mt Kenya via Simirion route up and Chogoria down was great. However summit day has a lottttttt of downhill. Chorgoria was so beautiful but we were too exhausted to take photos!

Amazing trip to Masai Mara! I have traveled on safari several times with Bencia Africa Adventures & Safaris, but it was the first time for the group of friends I was with. We all had such an amazing experience thanks to Alfred for setting it all up for us and thanks to our driver George for being such a wonderful and helpful guide. Alfred made sure to give us lots of options of places to stay based on different budget ranges so that we could select the option that was the best for the entire group to agree on. Everything was smooth throughout the entire trip and we all had an amazing experience together! I highly recommend booking with Bencia!

Horrific Experience!!!!!!! Very unreliable!!! Unreliable vehicle that broke down in the safari leaving us stranded there after dark for hours. Luckily the Kibo lodge came to rescue us. That was not even the worst part. The following day Joseph asked another guide to take us to the safari which was amazing. Joseph told us to be back by 11:00 so he could take us back to Nairobi. Joesph never came back to pick us up leaving us stranded 5 hours away from Nairobi. No Ubers were to be found. We sat at Kibo for 8 hours, trying to find someone to take us back to Nairobi. We called the owner who was rude and unwilling to help get us a ride back to Nairobi. Kibo camp tried calling someone to take us back with but struggled to locate someone. We are still stranded. As I’m writing this review. 8 hours later. We have one day left in Africa and it has been ruined by this company. My wife and I are devastated. Do not use this company.

Not provided what we paid for, abandoned to find own transportation, unsafe, unreliable vehicle. Horrible doesn’t describe it. Day one car broke down in National park (not controllable) and we were stuck there in the dark beyond closing time with zero communication until a “rescue” vehicle came to retrieve us, many hours wasted and stressful. Morning of day two we were told departing to return to Nairobi at 11am. At 5pm still sitting in hotel lobby, NO transportation from hotel to Nairobi, no explanation. We have called all the numbers, texted all the contacts, used the help chat, had the hotel call the driver, manager, contact numbers, we were told “20 minutes” numerous times between 11am and 4pm and hung up on just as many times. Finally we have managed to find a driver to pay (out of pocket) to take us back to Nairobi as our paid for tour has abandoned us. I strongly recommend you consider ALL other options before choosing this tour provider. If something goes awry you will be abandoned and on your own - it’s NOT easy to find your own transport from here to Nairobi and it’s EXPENSIVE. This was like throwing money away! Bright light to this tour is the lodge Kibo. So friendly, beautiful place, professional, spent all day trying to help us - gave us lunch and used their phone MANY times to make calls. Recommend staying at this lodge do not at all recommend the tour provider. If there was a zombie apocalypse and my choice was be eaten by a zombie or use this provider again - I choose the zombie - no hesitation.

Très satisfaits Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre safari. Nous avons tout préparé via WhatsApp depuis la France avec Alfred. Nous étions logés à Diani Beach et c'est moi qui ai demandé de faire le safari à Amboseli pour voir le Kilimanjaro. Ce que je ne savais pas, c'est qu'il faut en fait 10 heures de route entre ces deux points 😲 ! Si j'avais su cela, j'aurais choisi Tsavo Est ! En plus, malheureusement, nous n'avons pas vu le Kilimandjaro. Il est en fait très souvent caché par les nuages. Malgré cela, le safari s'est très bien passé. Nous avons vu plein d'animaux et notre guide, Mickael, a été très ponctuel, très professionnel. Il nous a expliqué plein de choses. C'était très agréable de faire ce séjour de 3 jours avec lui. Juste dommage qu'on n'ait pas eu un 4X4 , c'était un matatu toit ouvrant, et du coup, nous n'avons pas pu prendre certaines pistes trop mouillées. Seul désagrément que j'ai trouvé lors de ce safari, c'est que nous avons ajouté en option la visite d'un village Maasai et en fin de visite, les Maasai ont fait un gros forcing pour que l'on achète leurs fabrications (colliers, bracelets, etc...). J'ai trouvé cela très désagréable alors que le reste de la visite avait été très intéressant. Merci Alfred et merci Mickael ! Nous sommes très contents !👍☺️

Top Safari (Game Drive) Wir waren 8 Tage mit unserem Safari-Bus mit Hubdach unterwegs. Georg unser Fahrer war einfach top und war war sehr gut vernetzt. Immer gute Tops von Kollegen, wo Tiere zu finden sind. Wir waren in Amboseli, Naivasha und Masai Mara und hatten tolle Unterkünfte und super Tierbegegnungen. Löwinnen mit Babies, Löwe, Elefanten, Giraffen, Stauße, Hyänen, Geoparden, Gnus, Wasserbuffel, Wildschweine (Pumbas), usw. Wir haben eine beihnahe Tierüberquerung beim Masai Fluss gesehen. Die Tage waren schön und unvergesslich. Einfach top.!

Our adventure(s) at the Amboseli The driver Timothy was awesome! Very passionate and experienced in his job as safari guide, he was able to share all his knowledge and enthusiasm even for the smallest birds. We had mechanical troubles to the vehicle while getting back to Nairobi, which made the way back to the city very long and stressful. After several hours they sent another vehicle to pick us up. At the lodge we had issues as it seemed the booking was done for only 1 night and not 2 as agreed, however it might have been a problem caused by the lodge itself and not the agency - we can’t know. Anyway, the agency has been always responsive and supportive.
