We have been a customer of Beltway Office Solutions for many years. Customer service is top notch whether by phone, email, or text, thanks in part to Beth. She is an outstanding representative of the company. Recently, our copier that we've had for more than 7 or 8 years finally died a good death. She was well maintained by Pat for most of that time. He treated her well, looked after her, maintained her, obviously, because she worked very well for all of that time. A newer copier was brought in yesterday and it was a seamless exchange, thanks in part to Frank. He is a very patient man, and that did not go unnoticed! Because our well-used copier actually died, there was no upload of information from one copier to the other. So that is where Frank stepped in to walk me through to make her run perfectly, entering emails into the copier for scanning, etc. Our copier is up and running. Dan gave us an amazing deal and we are hoping this newer model holds her own and gives us some of the most amazing copies imaginable! We have faith in her and of course, in Beltway Office Solutions!
We are having an excellent experience with Beltway office. The company is very knowledgeable and responsive. The personnel is also amazing, James was just here in our office and he did an amazing job, he went far and beyond to make sure everything work well, we will probably be requesting him again. Overall, we are pleased with the service.
