We are very happy with the Care and Support Beloved give to my mum and dad. One of the reasons we chose beloved was because during the amount of time the carers spend with mum and dad, they include caring for both of them. Ie if they make a cup of tea for mum they will make one for dad too. The carers help my mum get dressed and washed in the . morning, make my mum breakfasr, help her go to the toilet, change pads, give medication etc and help my mum and dad get changed at night. They stay for the full time they are paid for and do extra tasks ie washing, cleaning, if there is any spare time. My mum was very reluctant to have carers but they are all very kind, friendly and supportive and some go way beyond the care you expect. The staff in the office are all lovely too, and deal with any queries very efficiently and comminicate very effectively. We really want to increase the amount of time care is given to mum and dad but there is a waiting list for this. We are very delighted with the service beloved provide for mum and dad

After a bout in hospital my 95 year old mum required carers to ensure she was eating properly, to help out with household chores and just a friendly face to see each day. Initially social services provided support which left a lot to be desired. I had heard excellent reviews about Beloved so contacted them. Wendy, the manager and her assistant April came out to see me and mum for a chat and to see what our requirements were. They were both lovely and so helpful. They listened to us and made suggestions Initially mum had carers morning and tea time. The carers that come are wonderful. They are caring, interested in mum, and treat her more like a friend. Mum looks forward to them coming as it’s company for her. They sit and have a chat with her, which she loves. They will also change her bed when required, do some washing, ensure the house is clean and tidy. All jobs I previously had to do which means when I go and see mum I can spend quality time with her. Without Beloved mum would not have the quality of life she has and still be in her own home. I can not praise the highly enough

Beloved have been a joy to work for, they look after us as carers as well as clients. The office cat has also been a fabulous addition recently! I highly recommend Beloved as a company to work for, they set the bar high in the industry.

We have been using Beloved as the care provider for our mum, who has Alzheimer’s, for over twelve months now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Just before Christmas our circumstances changed and we needed additional care put in place quickly. April and the team were incredibly supportive and accommodated our needs as swiftly as possible, even during the busy Christmas period. After the New Year, we reviewed and adjusted the care visits, and this was all handled efficiently and without any issues. The carers who provide the day-to-day support are kind, compassionate and highly professional. We are so grateful for everything they do. We are extremely pleased with the care Beloved provides and would highly recommend them.

Ever since mum has required care Beloved home care have been there. The ladies who care for mum are kind and caring.They ask mum if she requires anything, they chat to her and take in to consideration her opinions. Communication between the carers and the family is excellent any issues they text us or leave a message in our communications book.I can also call and chat to someone. The carers use their initiative whilst caring for mum attending for all her needs changing sheets ,clothes ,pads and putting soiled towels in the washing. Doing the washing and if the machine is full of washing empty it and hang the washing out. More importantly,in my opinion,They chat to mum sharing their day and having a laugh with her. I went on holiday just recently and increased the time the carers went it.It worked so well and I could relax without worrying. Mum had a special birthday,100 years old,and beloved homecare were so kind in sending a beautiful cake. Beloved homecare truly care from the ladies on the phones, April and Wendy ,to the ladies who attend her everyday Olivia Amy Lauren to name a few .Thankyou so much you enable myself and my brother live our lives without feeling guilty. Lovely carers and care company. Really good communication between the carers so Dad’s care is fairly seamless. Dad doesn’t have personal care but does have his meals cooked by the carers and a little housework. Carers are there for the whole time we pay for and if they have completed the jobs on Dad’s care plan they look for others things to do or sit and chat. Dad lives in the Urmston area. You really do get great care from Beloved.

This is a completely professional company which provides a fantastic service via exceptional carers who are willing and able to help in all kinds of ways. The carers are supported by office/ management staff who actually know what’s going on and what’s important. We are delighted with the care provided to my mother and grateful to have found Beloved. They were recommended and we can see why; they are streets ahead of other providers.

We are so relieved to have found the carers from Beloved Homecare. Each one brings warmth and kindness to mum. They are careful to do things how she likes them doing. Each one is diligent about mum's medication and they inform the office who let us know promptly if health issues are getting worse or need help from the doctor. They chat while they are busy which keeps interested in all sorts of things. Mum enjoys their company which is very reassuring.

Since my 85 year old mum has been having daily visits from Beloved Homecare carers she is brighter, happier and healthier. As we live some distance away it has given all the family enormous peace of mind to know these lovely people are chatting to her, respecting her wishes, preparing her food and meds every day and keeping her home clean and tidy. They even fetch shopping for her if needs be. We couldn’t ask for nicer people or better communication. I feel sure my mum’s dementia has stabilised since her care package was put in place. Thoroughly recommend the whole team at Beloved Homecare carers.

I cannot recommend this family run (and that's important) enough. This is the first time our family has had to use this kind of service but the entire team from top to bottom have looked after us and my Dad's best interests right from the start. We had a couple of 'false starts' as it was all new for my Dad and his pride and his self-determination held him back, but now he has fully embraced the service - which for us as his family is so reassuring. (Unfortunately, we all live a few hours drive away from the family home).

We were absolutely delighted with the quality of care given to my husband. All the carers were friendly and put him at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, they made his breakfast, sorted his medication, showered and dressed him and left everywhere immaculate. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, you would be hard pressed to find anyone to equal Beloved.
