Tidy rooms and location handy to meetings. However lock on door was faulty and should be fixed. Another regular tenant saw me struggle to try and lock the door and mentioned the locks on the rooms all needed barrel replacements.

Great location , quiet and peaceful however the room smelt like a toilet on arrival and there was only one sink in the toilet to use for washing cups etc. The window was bright and woke us at 6.30am. We love the occasional sleep ins as we don't have the opportunity for many and to be woken by glaring sunlight was disappointing .

Regarding the sink setup, the room you stayed in is advertised as having no kitchen facilities, which includes not having a kitchen sink. This is reflected clearly in the room description at the time of booking. Your daughter who completed the reservation might have missed this. We do offer other room types with full kitchenettes that may have been more suitable for your needs.
We do apologise for the odour you noticed on arrival and had follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also appreciate the feedback about the early morning light and will look into options to minimise this in future.

Mooie ruime suite, netjes schoon, goed bed. Rustige omgeving en toch aan de doorgaande weg. Prima ligging t.o.v. boulevard en eetgelegenheden en terrasjes. Kookplaat functioneerde niet maar dit werd meteen opgelost

☺ We arrived very late due to travel and our room was lit up and warm for us. The after hours check in was an easy process and the staff had great communication. The bed was so comfy .
