A very nice motel, located centrally, with a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and very comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean! We arrived very late in the night, but the lady came to meet & check-in us without a problem, also allowing us a bit later check-out, which was very important for us. Strongly recommend!

Extremely hard bed. Room too small, tiny piece of bench space.Just lack if space all over. Sorry will not be coming again

We often find bed comfort is a personal choice and have not had negative feedback previously on the bed in room 6. It is relatively new so perhaps this was why it was firm.
While your feedback is important, as far as the size of the room is concerned, being the motel operator and not the building owner, we too are limited with what we can do with regards to the room size. We try our best to ensure that the information delivered to you at the time of booking is therefore reflective and accurate..
You booked a Compact Queen Studio. As the name suggests, this is a small room, our lead-in room and priced lower than other rooms accordingly. This information was clearly stated on the website when you made the booking accompanied by photos and also a specific description of the size. It's a very popular room for single use and one night stays. Acknowledging that you stay for two night and two people, we can sympathise with why you found this room too small. Had you discussed with us at the time that you felt the room was too small, we could have upgraded you to a larger studio.
Please ensure you do fully read the information when you make future bookings and we look forward to hosting you again in a larger room.

Prime location, compact room is perfect for a solo traveller.The room kept much warmer than a larger one would, which was perfect given the slightly chilly weather during my stay. highly recommended friendly staff, clean and tidy room shower was good will definitely book again

Bella Vista Invercargill Motel is a great place for an overnight - very clean, very central to restaurants and the staff are very courteous & friendly.

A motel but not close to the centre. Plenty of takeaways and some restaurants nearby.
