Tidy accommodation spacious warm. ☺ Spacious ☹ Really enjoyed our stay however something needs to be done about ventilation in bathroom its a shared toilet and shower. Really not nice to be able to smell others toilets stops ok I guess if with family but not ideal if you are with friends or work colleagues could get rather embarrassing odors from toilet tends to linger on entire floor just found it to be really off putting friends next door had same complaint.

We stay at Bella Vista Motels frequently and are always impressed with the professional staff and high standards. We stayed this time in a Queen studio next to the laundry, which the room only had one window that could be opened. With the heavy black out curtains there was no airflow at all, with only the privacy curtains drawn there was a tiny bit more air moment. However the external lights shine through and they stay on all night. There was a small fan in the room which really didn’t help much. I suggested that all Bella Vista hotels consider using Secruity lights that switch off. Better for guests and the environment

Average ☺ Proximity to Te Pae convention centre ☹ Before being transferred I spent 2 nights in a bed that had a dip in the middle it offered little support for my back so i slept in the single bed next to it.
