Was very average for the money we payed.
Was a cold night in Invercargill and the heater didn't work well in our room didn't put off any heat at all..
Also had a old plasma tv that was on its way out could hardly watch anything with out the screen going in and out..
For the amount of money we payed for the night I don't think it was worth it I wouldn't recommend there are some much nicer places to stay that are good value for money and comfort..

☺ Location is very good, and the bed was very comfortable.
☹ When I entered the room and opened the sliding door to the bathroom the whole room was freezing even the heated towel rail was not on, both electric blankets would not work.

5/5 for cleanliness the unit we had was in tip top shape.
Comfy beds everything was pristine clean and a porta cot was available.
We found the room to be very cold and did not want to sleep with a heat pump on all night that probably would have made the difference.
Otherwise everything was way above our expectations.

Overall the accommodation met our needs. The room was snug and warm despite the poor weather.
☺ Looked after our own breakfasts
☹ I thought the room could have been a little larger (or the bed a little smaller) to give us more room to move around in the studio unit.

Close to town CBD, to peninsula and to main access road. Quiet night sleep
☺ bathroom heater was out of order (with freezing temperatures...); we changed after 1 night and had a better room for the 2 next nights (with heating in the bathroom...).
☹ Cold bathroom and cramped space in the living room
