Fran and her husband did an absolutely incredible job creating Meg’s engagement ring. From start to finish they were thoughtful, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and turned it into something even more beautiful than we imagined. I was jaw dropped when I saw it for the first time and Meg was even more jaw dropped when I proposed with the amazing ring. By far the best rings in Far North Queensland couldn’t recommend them enough.

I walked into the shop with absolutely no idea about diamonds and felt overwhelmed, but Fran explained all of the technical elements of a ring in such an easy-to-understand way. I came in knowing very little about jewellery, but Fran’s knowledge, patience, and guidance made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. I must admit, I do like to see the smiles appear when people see their ring, and watch that smile get wider, when they slip the ring on their finger. It wouldn't have been the same for me, if your mum had collected the ring and taken it down when she saw you next.

We initially popped in to see Fran and Andrew to look for wedding rings. Fran was very welcoming and let us try on some options, and there was never any pressure to make a purchase. We found beautiful rings that we loved and had made with some tweaks in the design. We have since returned to Bejewel for other jewellery purchases. There is something in store for everyone and Fran is more than happy to assist with finding something you love that is within your budget. I highly recommend visiting Bejewel! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
