We hebben de heftruck gebruikt voor het verplaatsen van onze huis units naar de deeplaader en dat is gelukt. We zijn enthousiast geworden dat het ons is gelukt. About a month ago, our forklift broke down and we contacted Beekmans to request an inspection and a quotation. They sent a technician to our warehouse after four days. Unfortunately, what followed was a very disappointing experience.
We were told that the quotation would be sent to us by email. After waiting for about a week and not receiving any response, we decided to contact another company for service. The other company picked up the forklift from our warehouse the next day, sent us a price offer the same day and returned the repaired forklift to us one week later.
Around 15 days after this, we noticed that we had received an invoice from Beekmans. They had issued a service invoice of EUR 250 plus VAT for a service we never actually received. When we asked which service this invoice was for, their answer was simply that we had to pay it.
We would therefore like to warn others to make sure everything is clearly discussed and confirmed in advance before accepting any service from this company.
