Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ambiente molto silenzioso, pulito, confortevole. Dotato anche di piccole attenzioni (caffè, tè, etc…) che possono fare la differenza. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata Gabriella che ci ha dato un’infinità di informazioni, da noi richieste: con eleganza, efficienza, puntualità. Eccellente accoglienza. Ci torneremo.

☺ It was a creepy entrance, way for sure. My husband’s words were, “considerate it a camp out. “When we came in the entryway was dark and scary with the old-fashioned black lift in the middle that we were afraid to get in because it looked like if it crashed down or something and you died nobody would ever come and find you if you just take the stairs it’s fine. We didn’t know where the lights were when we entered the building in the downstairs area by the basement. Then we saw a man leaving with red gloves on from Somalia as we entered the building in the dark and that was scary. We are over 60 and would prefer a normal hotel to a hostel place. The lady who came occasionally in the front was nice. She was upstairs in the actual room where the rooms were on the third floor. The actual rim look like something my brother when he was a teenager would design it had wooden areas like that were compartments that had one area had a really nice big bathtub with jets and it was perfectly cleaned so that was nice. The bed was pretty comfortable, but it was just an old stale building. It stunk because everything in Sicily is so old and the building was very very old. They did a good job of cleaning the room and the bathtub was the best part of it. We never saw one other guest the entire five days.
☹ The smell and that it was actually a hostile type place, not a hotel. We didn’t like the lift to the third floor. It was too old and looked scary.

We are honestly confused by your words, as your harsh description of the premises does not correspond to the reality of our facility. In fact, Bed in Spa is located on the third floor of an elegant early 20th-century building in one of the most elegant areas of central Palermo, and is in a perfectly respectable condition. This is particularly true of the entrance and elevator, which you describe in such disparaging terms.
On the other hand, we are very happy that you appreciated our courtesy in welcoming you, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the comfort of our beds. This is a source of great pride and motivation for us to always do better for our guests.

☺ Tres belle chambre dans le centre (quartier port) dans un bel immeuble. Pas de petit déjeuner mais des bars et restaurants à proximité.
☹ Le stationnement rres limité dans le quartier. Nous avons trouvé dans un parking privé à 50 m de l'immeuble mais compter 30€ la nuit.
Camere in affitto in un palazzo storico di Palermo. Camera ampia con soffitto molto alto. Arredamento minimal ed elegante. Personale molto disponibile ed attento ad ogni esigenza.
Prodotti da bagno molto buoni.
Non è prevista la colazione ma in camera è sempre disponibile te e caffè.
