We felt very comfortable during the sessions, in which she created a calm, neutral space where both felt heard and understood, which helped us to identify our main needs to move forward. Becs. approach is very unique and supportive. She managed all sessions with empathy, kindness and professionalism. Also, she helped us breaking down complex and emotionally charged issues into manageable conversations, always keeping the focus on finding the best solutions for resolving our difficulties.
