The police department took weeks to send us the crash report and unfortunately the police officer stated you largely contributed to the cause of the auto accident, and therefore the auto insurance company of the other driver is unwilling to offer any compensation. I got into a horrible car wreck as a passenger and ended up with a fractured skull, nearly detached ear, and multiple other injuries, not to mention the PTSD. Initially I thought it was a scammer number that called me and I was not planning on calling it back I just had let it be a missed call and then something told me to call her back and see what was going on I got help from a young lady and then I got transferred to a young gentleman named Kai he was very detailed in his questioning and very detailed and explaining the process to me I am glad that I talked to him today

Never been in the type of situation, as I am a shy and easy person to deal with. I broke out of that shell and reached out to a personal injury& car accident attorney; was super nervous and scared at first but Justin and tom both made me feel like I have a team on my side who are concerned an wanting s fast and quick recovery for my self..I Couldn’t of been a better attorney office to consult with, SO FAR very happy with the starting process. DONT BELEIVE THE REVIEWS READ THIS!!!!! I was involved in a car accident and started having some issues. Knowing how difficult it can be to deal with insurance companies, and having seen my mother have issues with an injury months after her accident I decided to get a lawyer. I contacted the Beck and Beck law firm and they seemed really nice and we're very responsive. After taking my case they sent me to their recommended providers 3 hours away and rarely had an appointment that worked for me for treatment. That inconvenience did not bother me, the main issue is there was little to no communication and their legal aids couldn't even remember the details of my case asking if I had filed with insurance when it was not my fault. I had to call numerous times after 7 months of not hearing from them and got a hold of someone higher up in the lawyer mill company (meaning they treat you like a number). He apologized and said that one of the Beck brothers would reach out. They did not have the common courtesy to make a phone call, it was all text message and at one point said quit messaging them they already told me when they would hear back after I told them I was deciding to go with a lawyer that cared. To top it all off my settle after all the recommended treatments by their RECOMMENDED doctors and their fees I received a couple thousand. I could have dealt with the insurance companies myself and got that much. Total and absolute joke and how they received the rating they did I still can't figure it out.

Our computer file has 65 different contact and attempt entries with dates and times. If a text was sent, it shows the text. If you responded, it shows the response. Voicemails left and call attempts are also logged.
It took you 69 days to return the initial case paperwork. We finally got the paperwork after hiring a private investigator to reach you. The investigator’s note in our file says ‘He finally contacted us back, BY TEXT ONLY, and asked that we send him the paperwork by TEXT ONLY.’
The reason you did not get much in your settlement is the very significant amount the State of Oklahoma took from your settlement. There is no way around paying the Oklahoma lien it placed against your settlement.
I understand a long drive for medical treatment is not ideal, but there weren’t any specialist doctors near you who would wait to get paid out of the settlement since you didn’t have health insurance to pay for the treatment.
Your review says ‘To top it all off my settle after all the recommended treatments by their recommended doctors and their fees I received a couple thousand. I could have dealt with the insurance companies myself and got that much.’ This is not true. If you had handled the case yourself, you would not have gotten the medical treatment you needed, the State of Oklahoma would have taken the rest of your small settlement, and you most likely would still owe the State of Oklahoma money.
I spoke to the case manager responsible for your case and she sent me the computer log of over 40 contacts and attempted calls/texts throughout your case she personally made. That does not include other staff members who also worked on your case and contacts and attempts they made.
The file also notes you changed your phone number, but did not tell us, so for a while, we were calling/texting a number that rang, but nobody ever picked up. We also sent letters which went unanswered. Every time you requested a phone call (as shown via your text to us which is in our file), our case managers referenced that phone call in a follow up text to document it for the file. Our case managers called you each time you requested a call. The lawyer on your case also attempted to reach you on multiple occasions, but the phone was never answered.
Your review says our case managers called ‘asking if I had filed with insurance when it was not my fault.’ This was a reference to your own auto insurance. You did not complete that paperwork to allow us to file this insurance claim for you. We asked you for the policy number and the information was not provided. That is why the case managers were asking if you had filed the claim yourself.
There was also a one month gap in contact with you, during which we sent you letters urging you to call us. I do not know why you didn’t respond to our letters during that period.
I understand your frustration, but please consider the medical treatment you received would not have been possible without our help.
