I finally found an eco-friendly detergent in Dubai that I actually trust.
Because You Care is made with Marseille soap and has a biodegradable formula, which was very important to me.
It cleans really well and leaves my clothes smelling fresh, not artificially perfumed.

I switched to Because You Care after learning more about endocrine disruptors in conventional detergents.
This one is eco-friendly, has a biodegradable formula, and is super gentle on sensitive skin.
I recommend Because You Care in addition to its effectiveness, I know that I take care of the health of my family. No toxic or harmful products are used. I know that the raw materials used are of very good quality so I buy with my eyes closed. I also buy Because You Care to participate on my scale to the movement for the protection of the planet.

Thank you Adeline for your words! 🙏🏼
I discovered Because You Care through a friend in Dubai, and I’m so glad I did.
The formula is eco-friendly, super gentle on my kids’ clothes, and still removes stains really well.
Knowing it’s made with Marseille soap was a big plus for me, I grew up with it and trust it.
I’ve been using Because You Care laundry products since I arrived to the UAE and I’m a happy customer. This is one of the “low-tox” brands I trust and happily use as there is no fragrance, preservative, enzyme added. So basically free from endocrine disrupters and harsh chemicals that can harm the skin.

Dear Sophie, thank you for sharing your experience with BYC! So happy to see participate to your daughter's good health :)
From a curious click on Instagram to a loyal subscriber!
BYC offers amazing non-toxic laundry products with top service. Massive upgrade from chemical-heavy brands, and the bonus is that I don't even spend more money on it.
A total win-win.

I think they need to add a hit natural lavender essence oil

Thank you for your suggestion! 😊
We intentionally avoid adding essential oils to our detergent because, when heated during the wash cycle, their scent tends to dissipate and doesn't linger on the clothes. To provide a lasting and pleasant fragrance, we've developed a linen mist available in lavender, Rosemary and Mint scents. This mist can be sprayed on clothes after drying, before storing them in your wardrobe. It's also perfect for freshening up cushions in your living room and bedrooms.
Thank you for your feedback and for being part of our eco-conscious community!

I’ve been using Because you care powder for more than a year for my family laundry.
I’m very happy with the product:
- I am confident that I take care of my family’s health by choosing a laundry powder that has the least possible chemicals for a good effect on stains and that is delicate on fabrics
- I reduce as well the amount of unnecessary surfactants, optical brighteners, enzymes etc that are drained in the sewage water and I reduce the unnecessary plastic packaging for a greener planet
- I promote small local businesses in the UAE
- I bring a smile on the business owner’s face, as she delivers an impeccable customer service on WhatsApp or email.
What else could I ask more from a laundry powder?

The best natural washing powder I’ve used. About to order my next shipment & I’ll keep ordering. Doesn’t leave any odor or synthetic smell which I love. Removes stains to my satisfaction, love it.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! I’m thrilled to hear you love the powder and that it’s ticking all the right boxes for you. Can’t wait to prepare your next order, fresh, natural, and always made with care!
Got my first order today and I am excited to start using your product. Just wanted to bring to your attention that when I opened my parcel, which was handed to my helper and brought straight inside, when I opened it, tye four containers were stacked up on one another. Two by two, four containers in all. The bottom two, the tops were collapsed under the weight on top and half the product was spilled inside the packet. No problem with that, I just scooped it back inside the container but the top of the lids had come off completely. I managed to put it back in place after manipulating for while. Suggesting you upgrade into a stronger lid or perhaps tape it down so it doesnt coplapse and product spills into packet.
I am not seeking replacements or complaining, just sharing my experience.
Thank you for your prompt delivery.

Dear Suzana,
Thank you so much for your message and for taking the time to share your feedback 🌿
I'm really sorry to hear about the issue with the lids, that's definitely not how we want your first experience with BYC to be.
Even though nothing was lost (thanks for scooping everything back in!), I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to open your parcel and find the containers like that.
We're already looking into stronger lids and better ways to secure them during delivery – your feedback is super helpful.
Thanks again for your trust and your kind words – I’m so happy you’re trying the product, and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do.
Warmly,
Olivia
