We purchased a new Beaver Construction Home in September 2023 after looking at other homes for several months. We met Serghei at the job site of a home he had under construction and were impressed with Serghei, the quality of the construction and the cleanliness of the job site. Serghei took us to a completed home he had finished and our search was over. The high end finishes and the quality was great so we purchased the home. We were moving from out of state and our 2 previous homes had a screened in porch and we really wanted to add that to this home. After the closing he got our screened in porch built at a super reasonable price and even let me do some of the finish work. Last month, almost 2 years after we bought the house we had a small leak around one of the vent pipes where the caulking had cracked. Serghei had the roofer out the next day to recaulk the pipe. He wouldn’t let me pay him for the service call and apologized for our inconvenience. We are Seniors and feel so fortunate to come from out of state and find a house this nice and well built. Serghei is a super guy and he delivered on every promise he made us. Thanks Ken and Cheryl

After 30 years living in a home, I was in search of a one level new home with little maintenance. The first house I looked at by Beaver Construction was beautiful, high quality, functional and stylish…we immediately bought the home and I couldn’t be more pleased. Sergio the owner is honest, hard working and hands on. He Is genuinely interested in customer satisfaction and his detail, design and craftsmanship show it. I highly recommend this builder to anyone, particularly seniors, looking for their forever dream home.

I’ve been a real estate agent since 2001. My clients and I were blessed to meet Serghei on our first day looking for their new home. The home was just under roof, but thanks to Serghei’s willingness to be there to answer questions, and help us visualize the home, we cancelled the rest of their showings. Serghei exceeded expectations by going above and beyond in every way. He stayed right on schedule, no delays, no disappointments, only top not h customer service and a quality home. Even the home inspector (25 years in business) commented on how nice it was to see such a nice quality construction without shortcuts to save $$. Serghei was phenomenal to work with. My wife and I had a cross country move ahead of us on top of a crazy housing market. We were so thrilled when we found a home he was building and it was the floor plan we had been looking for as well. He communicated often and openly to make sure we could make decisions and to show us how things were coming along. We had some last minute requests that resulted in him having to do additional work and he made it happen. His attentiveness to detail and pride of work are unrivaled in the industry. Even with subcontractors, he was on-site almost every day. Bottom line - if you’re not getting your home built by Serghei at Beaver Construction, you could be doing better. Thank you, Serghei! We love our new home.

Serghei and Beaver Construction build amazing homes with very high-quality craftsmanship. The stylishness, color pallet, and quality materials really caught my eye when I was touring another home they just built - so much so that I instantly made an offer on the house I now call home! Serghei was very personable and always took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I am very happy with my new home and incredibly grateful for Serghei’s hard work.

Today we closed on our dream home, a possibility because of the amazing work that Beaver Construction accomplished. I have heard horror stories of what building a new home can turn into. But I have to say that my experience in this process was a joy. Serghei took the time to walk us through the plans, to explain and expand on any questions we had. He also worked with us to make sure that we were able to pick anything that we wanted to have customized or upgraded. He was available to take out calls and texts as the building process was underway. He checked in regularly with updates; he made suggestions that help guide us to the perfect outcome. I don’t know that I could pick a favorite feature, from my custom made pantry, to my custom walk-in closet, then there is the dream sink that Serghei found for me; maybe the special green accent walls in my home office, or perhaps my red front door, and what can I saw about my stunning deck?! These are just a few of the special above and beyond examples of how incredible it was to work with Serghei. I could not possibly begin to recommend him and his work enough. He gave my home the attention I can only imagine he would give his own. If you have the pleasure of working with him you will find yourself in the very best hands.
