Absolutely loved my experience! I had tape extensions fitted along with highlights and a toner, and I’m honestly so happy with the result. The colour is seamless, and the extensions feel super natural and comfortable. The whole team made me feel so welcome and really took their time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The salon itself has such a lovely vibe too. I’ll 100% be coming back — couldn’t recommend them enough! Found my new favourite hair salon in Dubai 🫶🏽x

Exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ leading industry standards in Dubai for hair extensions and beauty I was recommended Beauty Club London by a friend and booked in for a colour and tape extensions. The wella colour was applied immaculately and the extensions were fitted seamlessly and to perfection. It felt like the ultimate makeover and I now feel so glamorous with hair that is so completely effortless. I brought a friend who was originally only planning to have a mani pedi, which was also brilliant by the way. She was so blown away by my transformation that she asked whether extensions could be used to add volume to her shorter hair. She was given the solution she had been searching for, a subtle enhancement that made an enormous difference to her confidence. Thank you to Louise and the whole team for such a wonderful experience and a lovely time at the salon.

I am so disappointed in the service. I heard so much about the salon one and I was so excited about them opening a branch here in dubai I went for a blow dryer and a haircut and oh my God when I tell you, it is the worst haircut of my life. I don’t even know how to explain how botched my hair is like there is no fixing with what happened to my hair now and I’m just out of words because I feel so ugly now.+ you are replied, saying that I did not come to your salon where I’m actually going to add evidence and yes, I am speaking about the salon that is located in the Metropolitan hotel and yes, I came for a blow dry and I did cut my bun so don’t try to gaslight me when I have all the evidence I have attached the photo for the transaction as well. Unacceptable behavior.

Thank you for providing the receipt; this has helped us greatly to locate your visit. We can confirm that the payment of 250 AED covers the cost of the blow dry service only.

Using the timestamp on your receipt, we reviewed our CCTV and confirmed your walk-in visit at approximately 7:30 pm on 1st December. We have spoken with the team member who looked after you. He explained that you requested your fringe to be blended because you were unhappy with a previous haircut received elsewhere.

As we do not offer standalone haircuts (we only cut hair as part of hair extension or colour transformations with a senior stylist), he performed this blending for you as a complimentary gesture of goodwill to help you feel better. This is why there was no charge for the cutting service.

We are truly sorry for the misunderstanding. We take all client feedback extremely seriously. As an extension specialist salon, we would love the opportunity to resolve this and ensure you leave feeling your best we can add a few pieces of hair to fix this.

very happy with the service! Took extra time to do strand test on my hair (at the consultation). Shady was honest and explained what would be best for my green toned brown hair. Was booked in the salon 3 days later and now my hair is brown (not green!). Thank you all!
