Good company. Good response time, helpful and solved the issue. Was feeling a little put off by the cost of the extra apprentice. I feel like it should be an option to have a second person sent only if it's necessary. Most a/c mechanics work on their own. Makes it harder for single mums on a budget. But otherwise, did a great job.

Thank you for the review Nerrida, we are glad we were able to fix your AC after a failed installation by another contractor and got this up and running for you quickly.

Regarding the use of our apprentice, while there was an additional charge for half an hour of apprentice time, this was more cost-effective than having the technician complete the work alone, which would have required a full extra hour on site. Using our apprentice reduced the overall repair cost by $37.50 had we just had our technician attend.

Booked a maintenance service on our ducted system the1st one since the guys installed it 12 mths prior. All the guys at Beaumont Air are professional and prompt right from the booking thru to the techs Luke and Dave attending on time and completing the service at the highest standard. After the service I was supplied all the pics of the works carried out and the guys are always courteous and professional and left the house neat and tidy .
