I had been in contact with Beagle Welfare because I was looking to adopt a Beagle around October. After a heartbreaking weekend, I decided to find the application forms, as my circumstances had changed, and I was ready to adopt immediately. I received a prompt reply on Monday morning. After a few phone calls where I explained why I was looking for a Beagle, the team was very responsive.
At lunchtime, I got a call saying they thought they had found a good match for me. They explained that the dog would be taken out for the afternoon to ensure it would be a good fit. Later, they called back to confirm that they believed he would be great for me. I went to meet him on Tuesday and brought him home that same day.
The staff at Beagle Welfare definitely know what they are doing; their experience shines through. I'm a strong believer in rehoming centers. Their level of professionalism is outstanding, as is the service they provide. I would recommend them 100%.
It was a few months after we had lost our previous dog and a friend suggested we visit Beagle Welfare.
We came away with what I can only describe as a pair of fun loving criminals.
Max and Bailey had been together since Bailey was born and were inseperable, it's a credit to Beagle Welfare that they kept them together.
Having no experience of the breed, we had a learning curve!
Support all the way from Emily, numerous beagle play dates, beagle walks and an annual beaglefest all trained us for beagle life. These are pack hounds, they love socialising with other beagles and beagle owners are always happy to help.
