Thomas was very professional. He suspected a leak in the system between the unit in garage and condenser outside on side of garage. He quoted $285 to diagnose then repair over $1000. I thanked him for his help and told him I will contact the company that installed the unit for me.

Turns out we just didn’t have the system properly turned on, but he still checked everything out and helped us identify a filter that needed replacing anyways, along with helping us understand how the system works a bit better

Old water heater was leaking. Reached out to Patrick and staff to get new water heater. Came out same day I called to schedule appointment…no having to wait a day or two. Trust me in this, I call four other big companies and they were WAY OVER PRICED and the other two kept asking what was the other companies are offering which I just told them just give me your best pricing and Beacon Home Services still was the best price for everything that the other companies offered. Beacon and tech Braylon performed excellent, timely, and courteous 5 star service in all respects, including scheduling and removal of 3 sets of old bathroom sink faucets and installation of 3 new ones, and related disconnect/reconnect for new countertops remodel project in 2 bathrooms. Great service. Called after hours for a leaking kitchen sink and they showed up 20 min later. Quickly discovered the issue and got us a new kitchen faucet as ours had failed. Service was so great and he pointed out the hard water buildup after not even a year into our new home, we decided to have them come install a water softner for us in a few days!
