Swimwear I ordered 2 bathing suits and 2 dresses from Beachsissi and it took over a month almost 2 months to get me stuff and when I emailed about it they were useless. Don’t waste your time ordering from this company.

Unable to return Beware! You cannot return anything as it needs to ship to China and will cost $$$ (more than the actual clothing). Clothing is very small and horrible fit. Your only option is to keep the clothes and they will refund you like 10% of the cost minus all the taxes and shipping. I got $3 back on a $45 dress that was awful!

Bad Customer Service - Terrible return process The way Beach Sissi handles returns is terrible. Basically makes it unaffordable to make a return because it has to be shipped to China. Then, they sent me an undeliverable address, so I paid the shipping, label is printed EXACTLY as they sent it to me, and the package was returned as undeliverable. So now I'm out the cost of my goods I was trying to return...some of which were defective, along with another hefty sum to try to return them to China...only to have the package sent back to me and no credit received for my return items. Infuriating! If you like something on BeachSissi, you can find some of their items on Amazon, and returns are much easier through Amazon. Avoid directly purchasing from BeachSissi site! If I could give them zero stars, I would because these are unethical business practices.

Worst return service, not getting your money back I ordered 4 dresses, which were all horrible (wrong fit, wrong color, cheap fabric). I paid €26 to return them to China, where they have been sitting in customs for over 4 (!!!) months. China Post is asking the recipient to submit declaration materials to the customs, so I forwarded this to the Beachsissi customer service and provided them with the phone number, but they refuse to take any action or refund me for my return. So now I've paid almost €200 and have nothing. Worst customer service ever!

RETURN POLICY-zero STARS DON'T ORDER FROM THE COMPANY! This company's return policy is a JOKE! Only 15 days to return once it's delivered! No where on or in the package had a delivery date. No where in an email stating the delivery date. No number to call to get information! JOKE! No company has a 15 day return policy! They make it so difficult! I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I emailed them for return information which is the first step to make a return. Email was sent Sunday and got no response until Tuesday. Needless to say, they wouldn't let me return due to out of 15 day return period!

Poor Quality and Size The top is way too small to be a medium yet the bottom is way too large to be a medium. Normally I wear a 36D top and a medium bottom. This suit did not fit me either the top or the bottom. And it is not lined.

Do Not waste your time or money The product comes from China so do not expect it to arrive soon! Had I realized this I would have saved my money. I bought two swimsuits one their description was not correct it stated the suit was under wire it was not. The second suit should have fit me correctly according to their description it did not. Both suits were not good quality. When I tried to exchange or return I was given the option of paying $35.00 to return even thou this was their error I provided screenshots. Or to Exchange I would need to pay the $35.00 then pay for my selections then they would return my money once they received the product back. Or I could keep the product get refunded 10% and get a coupon for 50% off of my next selection. The customer service is horrible. I will never shop this company again and I will definitely check to see where the product is coming from.

I bought this bathing suit twice because I love it that much! I bought this bathing suit 3 years ago and I wore it out since I used it all the time. I was so happy to see that Beachsissi was still selling it. Needless to say, I bought it again. It is such a comfortable swimsuit, the material is high quality, and I have received so many compliments on it. The top has easy to adjust straps and pretty ruffles to kind of hide a flabby belly. I like how the bottom is high wasted and provides nice coverage. It’s also not too cheeky in the back. Overall, it’s a great value for the money.

Perfect My granddaughter is 12 and her face just lit up when she tried this suit on. It is the only suit she’s worn since I gave it to her. it is flattering but she does not feel self conscious in it. Good quality, cute, holds up well she has worn it 4 times per week for 4 weeks now

Good fit! I'm 5' and it fit very well. I do think the elastic on the butt could be stronger like it is in the front and the waste, but overall a comfortable and cute suit!

Adorable color! I absolutely love love love the colors in this suit. My only wish is for a little more “support” or definition in the top. The straps are not adjustable. There is no center ruching or seam….so everything kinda mashes together. If you know, you know! Also, careful bending over as the girls may “pop” out! Otherwise fit was perfect and true to size! Will still wear it (after making a small alteration in the top!)

Color comes off on everything! My daughter wore this swimsuit for a couple weeks when the pink started randomly staining everything it came into contact with (including her skin!). I tried soaking it in vinegar like some Google posts recommended but it just keeps leaking color.
