Worst return service, not getting your money back
I ordered 4 dresses, which were all horrible (wrong fit, wrong color, cheap fabric). I paid €26 to return them to China, where they have been sitting in customs for over 4 (!!!) months. China Post is asking the recipient to submit declaration materials to the customs, so I forwarded this to the Beachsissi customer service and provided them with the phone number, but they refuse to take any action or refund me for my return. So now I've paid almost €200 and have nothing. Worst customer service ever!
