As a "not young person", I initially envisioned concierge medicine as a platform where the staff actually answers the phone; well, Dr Mandani and her staff perform considerably above that standard. I have already experienced 2 concierge practices; Beach Cities excels way above in all aspects of medical life. Dr.Madani is proactive, caring, and professional. Perhaps the best takeaway is that my wife and I feel the doctor and a wonderful staff give us a high level of confidence that reduces any stress you encounter as you age. An excellent office!

My experiences with this group is unlike anything I have ever experienced. Here, you are their number One priority. Their goal is to make my life easy by offering to make the appointments or do anything that will get us what we need. You feel seen, heard, and taken care of. You feel safe, knowing the entire team is here to help you on your health journey. It’s an amazing feeling. Our doctor is Dr Mona Madani. She is the most caring, and authentic doctor my husband and I have ever had and we have had some good doctors over the years. Dr Madani is special. She goes the extra mile for you, she offers options you didn’t even think were there, she offers to help in any way she can, and she is a great listener. She always knows what is exactly going on in our life regarding our health challenges and when we talk to her or visit her, her questions are so comprehensive and detailed. She is basically managing our health journey. We owe our health all to Dr Madani and feel lucky to be her patient.

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Madani at this practice! I decided to give concierge medicine a try as I look to prioritize my health after several years of being afraid to go to the doctor following lackluster past experiences. Every step of the way, the Beach Cities Medicine practice has been amazing - the service is top notch, responsiveness is quick, and Dr. Madani in particular is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. From the first meet & greet, Dr. Madani took the time to understand my history, my concerns, and my goals moving forward. She met my medical anxiety with empathy and never made me feel bad about my past hang up’s with the doctor. Also, Gaby is wonderful and so helpful with everything - the entire team is impressive! So happy I found Beach Cities!

I was a patient of Dr Wallis before he opened Beach Cities and followed him to his new practice. I'm so glad I did. The excellent care he has always provided is unchanged, but with much easier access to appointments and communication than he had before. The staff in the office like Gaby and Vivian always seem very happy and eager to help in addition to being excellent and professional in what they do. As a physician myself I trust Dr Wallis in my needs and I recommend him to friends all the time. I don't know anyone who doesn't rate him among the best.

I recently rejoined Dr Wallis at the Beach Cities Medicine. He had been my Primary Physician for a long time Dr at Torrance Memorial. He is extremely diligent, a very good listener, and has worked closely with me. My son recently joined his practice. Recently, Dr Wallis was able to quickly solve an unexpected problem with his health, which we were very grateful for.
Dr Wallis's staff is first class. They are diligent, very communicative and kind working with me including my sometimes annoying requests.

Beach Cities Medicine, specifically Dr. Wallis, is about as close to getting an old-fashioned doctor visit at home as I could ever imagine! I have been a patient of Dr. Wallis for over 15+ years. His continued care has kept me healthy, very happy and rest assured that we together are on, and have remained on, the right path for my continued medical well being. Throughout the years, every concern I've shared, gets addressed immediately, with a quick call back, frequently from Dr. Wallis himself, including evenings and week-ends. Generally, with this level of care, staying relatively healthy is easy, and brings much comfort to my life partner, my adult kids and extended family. After all, staying healthy should be everyone's goal, and with a medical group like Beach Cities Medicine, and his wonderful care team, I know we are on the right path. Yes, I've had my share of medical issues over the years, but at a young age of 66, I have no need to think about slowing down or retiring anytime soon. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wallis and his team at Beach Cities Medicine! His model of care is so refreshing--he listens, is readily available when needed, takes his time during appointments, thinks about preventative care and is a true partner in health. Dr. Wallis really goes that extra mile. When he has had a concern that involves another specialist I've seen, he picks up the phone and calls that specialist to get more information. When a test doesn't seem to be providing the answers we are seeking, he finds an alternate solution to get the information we need to keep me in optimal health. And when I have seen him for an illness, he follows up afterwards to make sure the protocols he has prescribed are working the way we both hoped. And the top notch care doesn't stop with Dr. Wallis: his entire staff is so helpful! They have scheduled hard-to-get specialist appointments for me, made sure my bloodwork is taken care of and are just generally friendly and accommodating. Health means everything - for without good health how can you truly enjoy life. This is why choosing a primary care physician is vital. Without a doubt Dr Willis is the best choice out there. Dr Wallis does not utilize a one size fits all approach to medicine. Instead he tailers a plan that is unique to each individual patient. For me a big part of that is dealing with my fear of going to the doctor. He realizes that's a big issue for me and has implemented small things that mitigate that fear. May seem small, but it makes a world of difference. Dr Wallis truly gets to know his patients and administers healthcare in a manner best suited to the individual patient.
Additionally Dr Wallis' supporting staff is second to none. Most of them have been with Dr Wallis as long as the 15+ years I have been a patient. They are competent, kind and compassionate. The fact that they have been with Dr Wallis for a long time speaks volumes about the practice.
Simply put I could not think about entrusting my healthcare to anybody other than Dr Wallis and his staff. They are the best.

BCM is the best medical practice available. All staff, services and results are second to none. A part of me wants to keep Dr Wallis a secret but on rare occasions you run into someone so great you just feel obligated to let people know, Dr Wallis and his team at Beach Cities Medicine are such people.
For years I paid an arm and a leg to see all the big shot Beverly Hills doctors thinking they must be expensive for a reason. I had pretty much just accepted that it was unreasonable to expect good service from a doctor’s office. Good service in general seems to be a thing of the past but Dr Wallis created his private practice to be able to give each of his patients the time and attention necessary to provide an exceptional experience. There is a reasonable annual fee but I have found that I am saving money with the costs of doctor visits.
Dr Wallis is truly a brilliant doctor so it’s no surprise all the professional sports teams in LA have used him. Yet he is incredibly humble and down to earth. He’s just a really great guy and very friendly. He’s done a lot of volunteer work in developing countries, that’s just the kind of guy he is.
In my experience even if you’re able to find a great doctor, their office is always poorly managed but that is not the case with the Beach Cities Medical Team. They are all very well organized and friendly. There is no sense of being rushed like you get with everyone else. Last Friday night I discovered I would be running out of my prescription on Tuesday, being that Monday was Presidents’ Day I had already resigned myself to the fact that I wouldn’t be able to get it refilled in time but I emailed them anyways at 10:17pm asking for the prescription to be refilled. Without me ever needing to speak with them again the prescription was delivered to me on Tuesday. Good luck finding another doctor’s office that will do that.
If you’re tired of having bad experiences with doctors give Dr. Wallis a try, you’ll be glad you did.

I recently switched my internist to Dr. Wallis, and to say that he has been the most thorough physician that I have ever been to, is an understatement. He took the time to really understand all of my medical needs and concerns and addressed all of them.
He actually helped me with an issue that no other internist or specialist was ever able to figure out.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wallis. To top it off, he also happens to be a really cool guy with a staff that is second to none. Going to his office is really a pleasure, they are truly one of a kind. I wish I had made this change years ago.

He’s the best doc. I’ve had a slew of medical challenges on the last few years. He’s been a huge suppport, and takes the time to listen… and even challenges his own opinion. He does medicine thoroughly with a level of professionalism I’ve yet to see in any other doctor.

I first walked into a doctor’s office on 5/19/2009 and met this man clad in blue jeans, a sports shirt and a ponytail who turned out to be THE DOCTOR. (Not the “White-Coated” typical physician I was accustomed to.) Yes, it was Dr. David Wallis, whose personality and medical knowledge immediately impressed me.
If you have seen the new offices, (photography, woodworking & imaginative decorating, to name a few, (mostly accomplished by the good doctor himself) you realize he is a man of many creative talents, WITH THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE AT THETOP OF HIS LIST. And not only does he serve as the team physician to a number of professional sports teams but you might say he practices what he preaches by bicycling, running in various marathons, etc. himself.
Now entering a new phase of his medical journey with concierge medicine I am privileged to be one of Dr. Wallis’ patients to be following him in his new venture.
I am now 84+ and I am hoping I won’t need to take up much of Dr. Wallis’ time (nothing personal). But it is comforting to know Dr. Wallis will be available, will properly diagnose and treat the problem or refer me to the appropriate specialist if necessary.
