In just 13 weeks from first re-contacting Denise to completion date, she has gone above and beyond to help me successfully navigate through the process of both listing and executing a sale while abroad. She offered to move stored items to improve the staging, listed and sold items for me on Facebook marketplace, and provided me with the connections to necessary local service providers. This is the fourth home I’ve sold in my life, and even though I have not been in Canada, it has gone the smoothest. Denise is knowledgeable, hard working, organized, diligent and thoughtful.
