Bayer Cemetery Brokers sold 4 of our family plots that were bought for me and my 3 siblings. We have had them since 1959 that my dad had purchased from a door to door salesmen, before my little brother was even born. My parents are buried there but us 4 were not going to use them, so we needed to sell them i was going to sell them on my own, but when I started to look into it I heard all kinds of stories about people not paying ya, or bounched checks, etc. and all 4 of us live out of state so with all that being said i had heard about companies that will sell them for you. And since the cemetery where the plots were, wouldnt even consider buying them i started to look online and found one in L. A. and Bayer's in Apple Valley. I left messages with both places and felt i could really trust Bayer's 1 because they were in Apple Valley closer to where the plots were & where i lived before moving away from the Antelope Valley and out of California, and 2 after talking with them on the phone. They explained everything in detail, how much i would get for each plot and that i was in a contract with them for 3 years. But hey, i figured whats 3 years after so many years sitting in my file cabinet. I signed on with them Oct of 2023, 1st plot sold in Aug of 2025 and the last 3 sold in Nov of 2025. It was so easy they took care of everything just mailed me & my siblings a check after all was said and done.
I am extremely happy with using Bayer Cementery Brokers. We have six more in Pennsylvania. I wish Bayer Cemetery Brokers could handle plots out of state.
If you ask me i give them a 15+++ out of 10.

Wanted to say a million thanks to the Bayer team for helping me sell my two plots within a few months. These were purchased over 30 years ago. Alot changed since then: last name changed, my mother didn't get to use hers since she was cremated by her latest husband. My son opted for my husband and I to be cremated as he does not know if he is going to stay local or might relocate. Contacted the cementary who was willing to pay the exact amount that I paid for it 30 years ago, well that did not sound right since plots are being sold in the thousands.contacted other plot brokers one was selling it lower and the other did not want to bother. Always use a Cemetery broker before going directly to the cemetery!!! Back in 2023 when I was seeking for my father’s final place of resting, I went to a cemetery and got pricing from them and thought it was extremely high! My funeral arranger mentioned to me that I should reach out to Bayers cemetery brokers for pricing as they offer property at a much more discounted pricing, and my god was he right!!! I literally purchased a property at a 50% discounted rate in comparison to what the cemetery had quoted me! Since then I always refer family and friends to utilize Bayers Cemetery Brokers. I needed to sell my crypt because I purchased another burial plan near my home, and the Bayer rep was very friendly and professional. They did explain that it may take a while to sell, but said they would get it done as quickly as possible. Once the crypt sold I received a letter, had it notarized and returned and within a few days I had a check in the mail. I would use them again in the future if the.need arises again.
