From start to finish the process was so easy. Such a great company and people to work with. Phil was so helpful with making suggestions on what we needed. The guys who came to install were fast and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with to get our carpet and flooring done.
The service was great. The customer service person was wonderful. She set up the appointment, confirmed with me. The rep came out to the location. He showed us the carpet samples. He took the measurements. The carpet was ordered and then the guys came out to and laid the carpet. Great work and job, Thank you Phillip

Phil was very detailed at the job that would be done. I had the bedroom carpeting replaced (this is my 2nd time working with Bay Carpet for the bedroom -- back in 2019) and the stairway getting new carpeting for the first time.
A couple days later, a team of 4 came by and did amazing work. And when I mentioned "go up and beyond", they actually fixed the bedroom's closet door and tightened up the stairway's rail. The end result was a very neat and clean setup.
No doubt I will definitely be working with them again a third time :)

It all started with a phone call ( Google search )and the representative Karl booked the appointment. Mr Phil was punctual on his time and showed us variety of designs and options . We recently had new carpets installed in our apartment, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mr Phil took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure all our questions were answered before getting started.
The carpet installer Fernando was professional, punctual, and extremely courteous.The quality of the installation was excellent鈥攅verything was done with great attention to detail, and the final result completely transformed the look and feel of our home. The carpets are perfectly fitted, and the finish is flawless.
What really stood out was how clean and organized the team kept everything throughout the process. They worked efficiently and left the space spotless once the job was complete.
