I took my car in to have the brakes checked due to noise that I heard. They checked them and told me that they were OK. I could have them replaced but did not need to. They could have gouged me for a $1,200 job but were honest instead. They always treat me with respect and always do a great job.
Been a customer for over 30 years! Great place, service and pricing. Charlie is our main guy but everyone who works there are just wonderful!

Today was the worst experience I have ever had in the over 30 years I have been going here. Normally it takes 40 minutes for an oil change, today over an hour. When I got into my vehicle all the setting had been changed, when I asked why they said the service guy messed up. They spent almost 20 minutes trying to straighten things out, which they could not. The manager was fine, but the persons behind the counter opened his mouth and told me to take my business elsewhere. I ended up driving to the Lexus dealer to get it all straightened out, I am 83 years old and not technical. Bobby the manager offered me a refund, but I declined it. They lost a good customer because of the loudmouth behind the desk.
