Our porch was separating from the overhang and in need of repairs. I chose Bay Area Exteriors because of Chris Kowalski. Chris was the only person that took time to thoroughly inspect the porch, roof, etc by using a ladder to identify the problem. He explained things so that I understood, and it made sense. The process was effortless for me, and the outcome was more than I expected!! Thank you all so much ❤️

10/10 recommend Chuckie Mooney and his team at Bay Area Exteriors. From start to finish, Chuckie was extremely helpful in dealing with my stubborn insurance company—meeting adjusters at my house to assess damages, taking photos, and ensuring all proper documentation was completed and relayed back to the insurer. Chuckie’s attention to detail meant a lot to me, as he was present while all the work was being performed and conducted his own final inspection once everything was completed to make sure I was happy. Chuckie is very personable and professional, and he made me and my family feel like we had known him forever. I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks me about roofing work!

I am so happy with the work Bay Area Exteriors completed at our home! From the initial consultation call, walk thru, scheduling, and actual work, it was a stellar experience. We had to get completely new windows due to severe weathering of our windows, but BAE handled literally everything. They were great with communication and checking in on progress and satisfaction once the job was complete! Cannot recommend them enough and if we ever need work done, they will be the first company we reach out to! Special shout out to Chuckie for helping with the paperwork and answering ALL the questions we had! And much love and appreciation to BAE office staff who did the filing and ensuring all necessary documents were completed!

I can not express enough how pleased we were with the work Bay Area Exteriors did. Our rep, Chris, was on the job every day and communicative during the whole process. He was very professional and addressed any concerns we had immediately. The crews attention to detail was outstanding. Our house (siding) came out looking amazing. Top notch company. Andrew was right on the ball. He Was there when he said he would be. He Was there for every follow up. He was right behind his workers every step and did a final check to make sure my roof was up to par. He explained the differences in warranty. He helped me pick out colors and explained the benefits in different colors. His workers were there on the assigned date and on time. I highly recommend Bay Area Exteriors

Chuckie was great! Very responsive to all of our questions and explained everything so it was easy to understand. He definitely looked out for us when helping us navigate our insurance, which included coming out to take measurements by hand due to discrepancies with the insurance companies measurment software. He even spent a few weeks trying to find an exact match for a piece of missing soffit so we didn't have to have an eye sore or need to replace the soffit entirely. Would definitely recommend and would plan on using them for any future projects!

I recently had hail damage to my roof and the first attempt to get my insurance to pay was a failure. I reached out to Chuckie Mooney for assistance on this. He assured me that he would take the reins and see it through. Next thing I knew my roof was replaced and insurance paid for it. Great customer service and job well done. Would highly recommend

What a great experience from start to finish. Chuckie went ABOVE and BEYOND to get our roof replaced after having hail damage. He worked with our insurance and made absolutely sure that everything was done structurally and aesthetically pleasing. His crew did great work and great attention to detail with cleanup after having to remove 2 layers of shingles on both our house and an additional building. I would recommend him & Bay Area Exteriors to anyone in the area!

Glad to give BAE a 5 star review - especially their representative - Chris Kowalski! Chris was very thorough and professional throughout the process and represented us during the insurance claim - meeting with inspectors, working with adjustors and personally overseeing the project. His crew were dedicated and efficient and did a great job prepping and cleaning up at the end, with Chris doing the final inspection. I have already recommended Chris and BAE to several neighbors and know they are in good hands. BAE and Chris are a bright spot in the Home Services industry and we will gladly work with them again!
