John at Baxter is far and away the best pest control technician we’ve ever had. He puts in the most effort to address the problem unique to your house. He has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. He delivers peace of mind, that the problem will be addressed. Definitely worth going beyond a one time fix if you want to keep mice and bugs out more permanently. He has such a pleasant disposition and is always willing to go the extra mile, we’ve recommended Baxter to our friends and they mirror our sentiment.
If I could rate this place zero starts I would! I was given a timeframe and the tech showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes after the latest time given. Then threatened to leave because he got no answer. I had to make my nephew go to the truck, because he never knocked on the door, but took a picture of the door.
The tech was in my home 10 minutes for rodents. He sprayed some peppermint water then claimed to set traps and block entryways. I saw no traps! They do return within 30 days, in case I find evidence. Of course I did so I called back.
The same tech came back and did not knock on my door but took a picture. I have been waiting for hours at the door in my living room and this man never knocked!!!!! Now they are saying they can reschedule for 3 days from now!!!!
Meanwhile I am catching the pests with $40 traps from Amazon! So PLEASE do NOT waste your hard earned money and time on this company. Choose a more reliable source that won’t take your money and spray peppermint water all around.

Not a happy customer.
I waited at home for the appointment. No one showed up, no call or text. Called the office and the lady took the information. 45 minutes later still no tech or follow up? Really?
Got a call or an email from the office to confirmed the appointment. It is super irritating!
