For the last two days 2 wonderful men have been here to take out our old bath tub and install a shower. Albert & Leon did a fantastic job. We have had 3 showers installed by Bathfitters in each place we have moved to. Thank you for making our bathroom beautiful!

I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE by Bath fitter and by the amazing installation done by Terry today! I had issues from my installed custom shower purchased in 2012. I contacted Bath fitter to see if my cracked shower floor would be covered under warranty. I was SHOCKED AND IMPRESSED that they said "no problem, we will order you a new floor and come and install it in a few weeks! The day arrived and Terry showed up with a smile and handshake and proceeded to check out the shower. He then informed me no worries I will take care of you and make this "brand new" for you. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic, positive attitude and communication along the way as he was progressing with the rebuild. It was a complete pleasure dealing with Terry from start to finish and cannot wait to try out my "new" shower floor! HUGE THANK YOU TO BATHFITTER and Terry for the outstanding customer service and experience! I will sing my praises to anyone that will listen and I HIGHLY recommend Bath fitter for all your renovation needs! I may even call them again for my main bathroom if I can convince my wife to go with a complete surround of existing tub rather than old school tiles she wants. Thanks again Bath fitter for EVERYTHING!

Loved the experience . Right from initial consultation from Mandy and our invitation to the display room to absolute professional installation by Terry and Patrick . The best possible use of our small bathroom space . We just love our new shower arrangement . A little pricey but you will not regret it . Happy showers , B&C .

Albert was an absolutely fantastic contractor. He was communicative and a solid worker, working hard alone two days straight. Glen was a really knowledgeable and personable salesman who guided us with our purchase choices.

I wanted to look at purchasing 2 tub overlays for my condo. When they called to book a consultation date, they were adamant that it will require 60 - 90 min. of my time. When I said I cannot guarantee me being available for that long, as I run my own business as well, they actually denied making the appointment because I " might" not be able to listen to their whole speel. The lady was rude, and actually let a very big sale go because of my schedule. I'm going with the glaze coating which was far more reasonable and they were much more nicer to deal with. More importantly, they accommodate me, they don't expect me to accommodate them. I think you guys got a little too cocky over the years.

The entire experience with BathFitter was fantastic. The people in the office were friendly and helpful, Glenn came out with many pounds of samples for me to consider, and Terry managed to do my tub to shower conversion in one day. Including having to deal with an area under the tub that apparently had had leakage for decades and required support. He worked extremely hard start to finish. I was very impressed. In the process a ceiling light fixture was accidentally damaged. Without skipping a beat, Terry said he would replace it for me and come back to install it. Which he did. I appreciate not having to make a claim of some kind to get that done. The end result is a gorgeous large shower that I am really enjoying. Yes, I would do it again!

Shower was as we ordered. Demo and install was professionally done. Max was very curtious, friendly and explained in detail the work to be done.

I'm very happy with most aspects of my tub-to-shower conversion, the only regret I have is that I didn't get the tall towers in both corners!
Mandy was great at communicating with me about my many questions, Trenton was our installer and he was very pleasant and courteous and a pleasure to have around.
Trenton cleaned up as he went and was very respectful of our home.
*Edit March 4, 2026, the photos were taken before the finish silicone was added - I wanted to get the open view before the doors went in!
The end product is still a thrill for me every time I step into it.
