I took my truck in for a clunking noise. They found the source of the noise plus other things I had put off but could have been safety problems down the road. Everything in the estimate was accompanied with photos of the issue and it's own estimate. Big thanks to Stacy for being friendly and helpful and keeping me updated on progress.
Barrett automotive is an awesome place to take your vehicle.Their prices are spot on and they give guarantees and warranties on the work that they do.The two women in the office are very pleasant.They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while you wait.They will take you home and pick you back up if need be. I went to have my car checked out. They were friendly. Customer service was excellent. I didn't even have an appointment, but they drove the car and told me what was wrong. I would recommend them to anybody. Best car shop for miles around.

Barrett Automotive has gained my permanent business. I thought I needed an alignment and instead they found a broken tire belt and dry rot. John and Angie were phenomenal. I felt like I had a little class on tires while I was there. They showed me up under the raised car and told me how to identify future issues.
They are good, honest people who do quality work. They will be my first stop for any future automotive needs.
I just love Angie. Every time I go to have my car serviced she is so happy and friendly and really takes care of business.
