We took our 2016 Durango in for an oil change and 4 tires. The ride is amazing and they had it ready in a timely manner. They service all of our vehicles.

Angie is an Amazing customer care provider!! She works hard to go above and beyond expectations and is super professional!! I did have some significant challenges with the shop overall I think that they are skilled but I didn't feel like they communicated well or were completely honest.. Angie is amazing!! I had a great experience with this place. Angie and James both helped my husband and I so much. When my AC stopped working, I had gone to an auto supply store to try and fix it myself. When their recommendation failed I tried a mechanic, but they could not find the problem because I have VW, a car that mechanic did not often work on. From the initial phone call with Barrett, I was soon reassured. Angie at the front desk is very knowledgeable and she was able to reassure me and work my car in that day. Not only did they easily find a blown fuse in my car causing issues with my ac but they were able to find out why the fuse had blown. Angie told us from the get-go that they were investigators and they lived up to their promise. Thought the inspection was a tad pricey, it was the most thorough inspection I have ever had, throughout which they took photos of everything so that I could see the issues they pointed out. Overall, great experience! I plan to take my car here any other time something goes wrong with my car! Thanks Barrett!

This a place we trust to handle our automotive maintenance and repair needs. Both Jason & Angela are good people to work with and respond well to questions we have about our vehicles.

I’ve brought my vw beetle to Barrett several times for maintenance and they’ve always been good to me. I like the online report they send after doing inspections a lot. They allow you to see the issues and you can decline the services if needed but you’ll still have the report if you fix it yourself or need to save some money.

Will definitely be going back for future services had an amazing experience. They show pictures of everything they find on your car, you see everything the mechanics see.

The reason I leave 3 stars is because the shop is good what they do but for the inexperienced with electric vehicles like a Tesla I wouldn’t recommend taking it here. I took in my car for alignment and came out with a quote for strut $4k which makes no sense. If you look up on the internet about Tesla tire wear issue everyone can give you the correct answer is camber issue which they have made parts to correct the issue. Secondly I was curious to get a quote For camber replacement which is literally 4 bolts to remove and I was quoted $650 for it. I think they just don’t want me to Coming back that why. Until they are certified or trained with electric vehicle or Tesla I wouldn’t recommend taking it here.

I have used Barrett Automotive for a few years now, and all I can say is wow. Exceptional customer service, and they answered all of my questions, have fair pricing, clean waiting area, and service to and from my home while being worked on. Angela Barcus is amazing.
