Amazing Motel in the Heart of Bar Harbor!
My friend and I arrived very late (or early) after 2:00 AM. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. There were many choices for restaurants and shopping close to the motel. The room was very clean and very cozy. We chose this motel based on reviews, location and price. We couldn't have been happier with our experience!

Very nice property and well located. Breakfast was very good. Property very clean and well taken care of. My only complaint was felt cost a little high.
Fresh motel in the heart of Bar Harbor
Fantastic location in the heart of all the action. Parking was easy -- it was great to leave our rental car onsite and walk to everything else. Homemade Whoopie Pies upon check-in were a nice touch! The breakfast options exceeded expectations, but the serving room is small and tight when there are more than 8-10 people there--timing is everything!

Convenient location, right in Bar Harbor downtown. Very nice and clean room. Love the bright new bathroom. Would be nice to have a table lamp on the desk.
Annex rooms - Bar Harbor on a budget
Stayed in an Annex room. It is a great value for a room in the heart of Bar Harbor. It is just a short walk to the main building and the building with breakfast. The room is small, but I have stayed in smaller. More of an issue for me is the lack of place for clothes. No dresser or closet. We ended up having to stack clothes on top of some shelves. The breakfast was good. It was the same every day, but we enjoyed the selection. The front desk staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again if I am in Bar Harbor.
Great Location, Clean Comfortable Rooms, Great Staff and Good Value
This place was a great find. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff members were exceptionally helpful, and had good suggestions for restaurants and activities. We were able to park our car there hours ahead of check-in. They had loaner umbrellas. Breakfast was better than the usual buffet. I like there options for what level of service you wanted for multiple day stays.
An Amazing STAY! Loved this motel!
This was a great find! Obviously the owners of this place are not greedy people and charge a reasonable rate for this motel. Not only is it clean it provided a wonderful healthy breakfast with a lot of variety. Richard who setup breakfast was very nice and also efficient. The sweetest thing was seeing a sign in the room that stated if we forgot anything, not to worry because they will mail it to us. We just got a real good feeling about the folks that own this hotel. The bed was so comfy I slept the best I had in a long time. The location is fabulous and you will not be disappointed. High recommendation for this motel and a hell of a deal in this very expensive stay type of place. It’s not fancy but more than provides comfortable beds, cleanliness and an amazing breakfast.

Simply THE BEST DEAL
This motel is EXCELLENT! It's located in downtown Bar Harbor so everything is in walking distance. Free parking, an amazing free breakfast and a pool. We have been staying here for many years and are always happy with the accommodations and staff, but this year was worth mentioning in this review. The front office staff and housekeeping went above and beyond with a specific request. And a big shout out to the manager, Rebecca, and Richard in the breakfast room! Thank you.

A gem on the beaten path
We found out about this gem by default from a relative who does his research,knows travel and had planned to stay during a family gathering of a destination wedding event.He did us all a favor by booking his room & sharing the info to us.Loved the central location,breakfast layout,ease of check in and check out,king room was adequate and reasonably priced, relative to other options.Our first impression nailed our stay after being welcomed by the young lady from Jennings, Louisiana(Sorry i am bad at remembering names).Would stay there all over again.

Lovely stay in Bar Harbor
Nice motel with really good breakfast and coffee. It’s in a busy area of Bar Harbor but was thankfully quiet at night. Good proximity to the park and we appreciated the parking.

Perfect spot in town for walking to eateries, shops, with waterfront not to far. Quiet. Comfortable rooms. Bathrooms very well done for usability. Hooks to hang towels on. Storage around vanity, sink. Clean spotless carpet, tub, and vanities. Good breakfast. Hot items and yogurt parfait items. Pod coffee in room w mini freg. All outdoor opening rooms. 2 story place. Free parking spot for each room. Good reasonable priced choice in town.

Great motel & location
We had a good stay in an Annex room. The room was spacious; however, bathroom was quite tight. Bed was comfortable and Room quiet. Breakfast had several options available. We looked that it was located right off Main Street and easy walking to get to everything

Another Great Stay at Bar Harbor Villager
Took a much needed girls weekend with some friends who were going to Bar Harbor/Acadia for the first time. I always stay at this hotel, as the location is great, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. When we are done exploring the park, we park our car at the hotel, and don't need it. Everything is in walking distance. My friends had a wonderful trip!

The Gem of Bar Harbor
This gem rates a WOW! We were delighted to find that it was everything we had read, and then some. From the friendly efficient checkin to our spotless well maintained room and amenities, this is a true gem. This is a fine property that is perfectly located on Main Street. True high speed internet although we spent our time outdoors but when we wanted, it was there flashing along. Add to the fact that in about 3 blocks from the door we accessed the free shuttles taking us to Acadia National Park. All day they run. And while the visitors who did not stay at this wonderful motel were looking for a vacant parking space at $4 per hour, our car was parked safely in the motel parking lot. We never had to move it for our excursions to Acadia. Or dinner, lunch, heck anyplace. Nice people running a motel that is better than advertised. They are the best!
