OMG today is an epic day for my wife and I, our older mobile home has been removed from our property. A huge shout out the the team at Banyan Mobil Home Removal, they did an awesome job of finding a person who is going to benefit from our donation. The pivotal person in this process was Cecilia, she was my project manager / hand holder. Cecilia was in constant communication thru the entire process from the initial donation thru to the removal of the mobile home. As a retired customer service manager I know that people like Cecilia are rare and highly valuable assets to an organization. The whole process was pretty effortless on my end, Cecilia and Krista did a great job handling everything. The house was moved within 6 weeks of starting the process. My property was rather inaccessible, and I had moved a few hours away from the homes location, but everything went as smooth as can be. We only ran into a small communication snag with the movers actually grabbing the house, but considering the accessibility issues of the property I think it was handled well

Very impressed with the fortitude from Cecelia; she worked very hard to keep the process moving even after the first recipient changed their mind. She stuck with us even after the team started to cancel the project and a last minute recipient was found, Cecelia worked to move the project back into active status and see us across the finish line. Krista and Cecilia were excellent communicators. We were updated weekly and any time dates changed. Removable of mobile home was also excellent by Hercules Mobile Home.

Cecelia was amazing. Since the home was located at our secondary residence and we weren’t there all the time it was stressful, but Cecelia stayed on top of everything and was always available to ease our anxiety.
