When my wife and I had to move in with my mother, who was getting too old to live alone safely, we weren't sure what to do with our mobile home. It was on a lot in a park, so we would still have to pay rent. We decided to donate it. We tried someone else first, but emails and phone calls were left unanswered for weeks then months. Out of frustration I started looking for someone else. I found Banyan online and got a response the same day. They were very easy to work with, and Cecelia kept us in the loop through the whole process.

We had a great experience with Banyan in repurposing our old parsonage ( a double wide). It was unoccupied and deteriorating, and in only a few weeks it had been removed and was on its way to a new life. We donated a mobile home back in June. Joy was our contact with Banyan, and she was absolutely amazing. She kept us informed of each step & kept in constant contact. It took a lot longer than we'd hoped, but that was by no fault of Banyan. The mobile home park that our home was sitting at fought us every step of the way, adding obstacle after obstacle and fee after fee just to be difficult. In the end, the home was successfully donated and Joy is an absolute delight to work with!

I donated a Manufactured home to Banyan Mobil Home Removal to help people in need. I worked with Cindy and Cecelia to get this done. They patiently walked me through all the steps and paperwork that needed to be done. Every time I had a question they were quick to answer and to help me through the problem. When I had a problem with the mover she jumped right on it and called the mover and resolved to problem to my satisfaction. When I needed help to find an appraiser she was very helpful. She was open to my comments and suggestions. They had a neat app that emailed me on the progress of my donation and texted me on the progress, so I was never in the dark. She did a though followup after everything was done and made sure I had everything I needed for my records. I am very pleased with them and the company. If I ever have another home to donate I would call them. They have a heart to go along with their mission and these two people showed it in full. Thank you.
