Quick response. Knowledgeable. Reasonable Rates. Great to deal with. I have used Brian Redpath for the past five years to deal with urgent issues at my rental properties which range from hornets and squirrels and mice to rats in drains. Each time Brian has responded quickly, gently liaised with my tenants and resolved the issues without any fuss. As a retired Chartered Surveyor I can say it is rare to be able to appoint a contractor and not worry about how things are going. Finally I find Brian's rates very reasonable and he is great to deal with.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Took me through the whole mice infestation cycle. Stage 1 was to assess level of infestation by leaving bait/poison in strategic locations around my house. Stage 2 was to inspect the traps. Brian confirmed that the kitchen was the HQ of mice activity (or my mice too lazy to go upstairs!). Proceeded to identify and secure all of the entry points around the house to prevent further unwelcomed visitors. Well worth the expenditure. Would happily recommend B and D Pest Control

Brian has ‘proofed’ my house against any further mouse infestations which we’ve suffered on & off for many years, each time believing we’ve sorted the problem ourselves. In the 1st 10 minutes of Brian’s visit I knew what we’d been missing! I’ve never known a tradesperson so knowledgeable in his field & so engaging when you have questions! Been doing this role for more than 30 years always increasing his knowledge. Plus he’s a really nice fella!

I contacted B&D Pest Control because I was hearing noise in which sounds like the wall or the loft. It was like something is walking up the which scared me, so I called this company in a panic and spoke to Brian who is absolutely knowledgeable and calming. Due to the anxiety I was feeling I asked If he could come on the same day which he did, he is very professional, took his time, because of this I would definitely recommend him. The price is reasonable as well and he provides solutions to the issue.

Brian came as I was alarmed as I thought I had woodworm. Brian examined the area and reassured me that it was not woodworm and found the reason was plaster breakage. What a huge relief as I thought if it was it would cost a fortune to sort out. Brian was so professional and highly experienced and gave us advice and support. He only charged a minimal call out fee which was very generous of him. I would absolutely recommend him and have put his number in my phone so if we need him again we will definitely call of him.

Had a rat in the garden who seemed cute but then very quickly became a lot of rats which was definitely NOT cute .... The dog killed one then I thought I'd best get someone round. Brian was fantastic, super efficient, polite, sorted it in 2 visits and the dog adored him! I can give no higher praise .....

Noise coming from bedroom wall at night Noise coming from wall of bedroom which was leaving me slightly worried for my own sanity. In the end was unable to sleep or rest in my own home.
