Wir waren das 2. Mal in NY, haben uns aber trotzdem für eine geführte Tour entschieden. Es war für uns ein kleines Experiment, so nach dem Motto „Ob sich das wohl lohnt?!? Wir kennen uns ja schließlich schon aus. “ 😉Was soll ich sagen? Die Tour war ein Volltreffer! Unsere Guide Dani hat uns soviel von NY gezeigt und erklärt, das alles hätten wir ansonsten niemals gesehen und erfahren. Einfach ein richtig schönes Erlebnis für unsere ganze Familie. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Beim nächsten NY Trip sehen wir uns definitiv wieder!!
No one home ! Are the lights even on??
These tours look great online, however, they don't answer a phone or emails. They are shooting themselves in the foot business wise. I'm not going to organise tours with them when I can not get in touch with them. There is one phone number that answered, that's run by a bot. Good luck with that. When I said to the bot, emails were going unanswered, it established when I sent it and then I got a one liner email back the next day from "Ludwig", who either writes poorly or is another computer generated response. The Miami number went to message that said, there's no voicemail set up, then hung up. Does anyone even work there?
They look good but AI can create all that easily now. If they don't show up, they've got my money and I haven't got anything to fall back on, to call them on.

We had a great day with Mayan!Our tour took us through the southern part of Manhattan – including Chinatown and Little Italy. We especially loved how open and warm Mayan was. You could really ask her anything – not only about the history and culture of the city, but also very personal things about her life here in New York.Due to its sympathetic nature, the tour felt more like a walk with a good friend than a classic tour.We saw a lot, learned a lot and really enjoyed it.We would recommend this tour at any time!

We booked the 6-hour walking tour "southern Manhatten incl. Chinatown and Little Italy". Mayan was super nice and told us everything about the city, the inhabitants, the mentality etc. It was very exciting as she knows both the German and American way of life.We can recommend the tour to anyone who wants to learn all about life in New York and the city itself.
