Si trova dentro il mercato centrale un posto ricco di scelta e sapori e lui riesce a farsi notare in mezzo a tutti questi.
Unico motivo per cui non do 5 stelle è stato il panino un poco secco e che abbiamo dovuto fare due volte la fila essendo che lo avevano finito e siamo dovuti andare all’altro sempre all’interno del mercato e rifare la fila

Ci dispiace invece per il doppio giro e per l’attesa: può capitare che nei momenti di maggiore affluenza alcuni prodotti finiscano prima del previsto e davevro, ci dispiace.
Per quanto riguarda il pane, utilizziamo la tradizionale rosetta fiorentina, che ci viene consegnata fresca ogni giorno e che per sua natura ha una crosta particolarmente croccante.
Grazie ancora per essere passato a trovarci e per aver condiviso la tua esperienza. Speriamo di rivederti presto, questa volta senza doppia fila!

The flavour is amazing and sauce is perfectly balanced
Meat is tender and bread absorbs all the flavour
Definitely worth a visit even if you weren't planning on going to the market.

Ci tenevo molto a provare questo locale tipico, che propone sapori autentici della tradizione e della cucina regionale.
Ho provato il lampredotto, preparato con grande cura. Non è stato il mio piatto preferito, ma ci tornerei volentieri per assaggiarlo di nuovo o per provare la loro trippa.
Il servizio è stato professionale e cordiale.
An unexpected and remarkable find. The people who run this and the food they produce are quite perfect. As someone who normally wouldn’t eat meat - this was quite a departure for me. But I wanted to experience the highlights of food in Florence - I wasn’t disappointed. Perfect. I met really interesting people while standing having lunch and every nationality seems to pass by this place in even a short space of time. Wholeheartedly recommend especially if you want to try something a bit different .

Wanted to try some local food without many expectations. Left pleasantly surprised.
I had a sandwich with beef tripe. Very deep, rich umami flavour, with just the right amount of spiciness. I’d compare it to a pulled pork sandwich, but better.

Lampredotto sandwich was delicious. Never thought I will like a cow stomach sandwich but the flavors mixed together perfectly and the meat was soft and tender. Do not hesitate to try this sandwich. It will blow your mind.

Oggi ho mangiato un panino con il lampredotto qui ed era davvero buonissimo!
Il proprietario è una persona davvero gentile e dal cuore grande. Ha portato dell’acqua al mio cane e gli ha persino tagliato tanti pezzetti di manzo. È stato un gesto che mi ha davvero emozionato.
