Very good Lampredotto and Trippa but they're a bit bland for my taste but the bread was soaked in sauce and taste amazing.
Lampredotto in here use the thinner part of the stomach so it will be less fat and meatier but I prefer the fatty parts. The trippa is really good and more flavourful, love it!

Ho provato sia il panino al lampredotto classico che quello al sugo del giorno. Entrambi molto buoni ma il classico nettamente migliore. Peccato ci siano pochi tavoli e sedie dove poter mangiare.. Tanta fila ma pagato e ritirato in un tempo accettabile.

Our bread is the traditional Florentine rosetta — it’s meant to be slightly crusty on the outside and soft inside, the way lampredotto has always been served here in Florence. It pairs perfectly with the slow-cooked tripe and the tomato and vegetable sauce.
