Spoke to Jared wanted me to get my records which was a task via the hospital and didn’t facilitate helping get the information aftern making me send photos and videos of my injury (proof) stating the case wasn’t a strong one (paraphrasing). He wanted me to get records before taking the case despite proof with video, time stamps and more.
