The Virtual Dementia Tour training at Balfour Louisville was an outstanding experience. The session was engaging, well-organized, and incredibly informative. As someone transitioning into a nursing career, being immersed in a real clinical learning environment was both eye-opening and inspiring. The facilitators were knowledgeable and passionate, and I walked away with a much deeper appreciation for the work that goes into memory care. Thank you to the entire team for putting together such a meaningful and impactful session.

Leaving a 5 star review for Balfour seems entirely inadequate compared to the compassionate, professional work they perform. Everyone from the administration, to the nursing staff, care givers, dietitians, maintenance and support staff have a great attitude and genuinely care about both the residents and their families. On behalf of me and my three sisters, I cannot thank Balfour enough for the care they provided our mother in the final six months of her life. it's truly a top notch organization on all levels.

My dear friend lives at Clarendaile and I am her healthcare advocate. Since the moment she moved in, three years ago, until now, she has been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Her care team keeps me informed of any concerns they have as they arise, they make sure all her individual needs are met, and they always have her best interests in mind with regards to her care. She is encouraged to participate in activities she enjoys, which include visits with dogs, happy hours with music, and putting together puzzles with her best friend. She gets to live in a way that makes her feel independent, but also knows she can ask for help when she needs it. I couldn’t be happier with the care and compassion provided to her and neither could she.

When my Dad fell skiing on Christmas 2024 I had been doing some research on some places that had both assisted living and memory care since it looked like he would eventualy need it. The fall excelerated everything and I needed a place for my Mom and Dad in a hurry. Tom and the staff at Belfour Central Park were so helpful and amazing durring a really tough time. They were also amazing when it came time for my parents to find other living situattions as well. I cant say enough good things about the Belfour Central Park, Thank you, Tom!

Truly caring people who know how to care for their residents. My mother has been at Balfour for over two years and they have adjusted her care as she has changed and lost her own capacities. I trust them, which is not an easy thing in this arena.

People careful with your loved ones I went to report a employee and Christy or Chrissy didn't want to hear me out she said she couldn't discuss anything with me i think its was important to discuss that being said she did not put the safety of the residents first there is a employee that has a assault charge from last yr and has hurt another person badly i think they should due back ground checks before they hire someone to work with the elderly this is to the person that did not want to hear me out the Balfour assistant living facility P.S I dont think they are concern about the residents if they were they would of heard me out and looked into it

I visited a resident and saw that this facility is elegant and the staff were very pleasant, and it appears to be well staffed. The menu in the dining room was amazing - quite a lot of choices.
