I moved my uncle here when he found out he was terminally ill. The facility is beautiful, the staff friendly & helpful, and the food good. The other residents were friendly & welcoming. Better yet, when he needed more care, staff worked with me to move him to skilled nursing within 24 hours. Shout out to staff member Andria Lyles who made us feel like family and always went out of her way to help us when we needed it - even when she wasn't working and even when she was away on vacation! Balfour made this challenging time as comfortable & manageable as possible.

We have been in close touch with Moira at Clarendale to learn more about how they might be a fit for our mother. We had an amazing and long personalized tour of the facilities and the programming they offer. We were honestly floored by how impressive it was. Facilities. Staff. Residents. My mother was then evaluated by their team to assess placement - again very impressed with the whole evaluation process. Now we wait and hope for my mom to get in!

From the moment you step inside, the stunningly beautiful facility takes your breath away—elegant common areas, and spotless, thoughtfully designed spaces that truly feel like home with elegance. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting you with warm smiles and going above and beyond to make everyone feel cared for. The residents truly are happy and enjoy being there. A special shoutout to Chef Sang and Chef Ty along with the entire culinary team—the meals are restaurant-quality, beautifully presented, and tailored to individual preferences. Every dish feels like it was made with love and pride! What truly sets this place apart is the wonderful community of residents. They’re vibrant, engaging, and full of life, creating a joyful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I moved to Balfour Longmont shortly after it was built ant opened for occupants. I have never regretted that decision. This is an attractive, clean, well managed place, and I've met wonderful friends here. The activities in the independent living space are inviting and promote engagement and good health. My husband was also well served by the Memory Care staff in that attached facility. It was convenient and satisfying for us to have our different physical requirements met n the same place.

I really enjoy the Front desk people upon anrrining and the greetings that I get. Paul, who is the jack of all trades there as well as Alicia and Julie the two conciergesi see the most, are fantastic. It is enjoyable to come and see my mother, but I truly feel welcome each time I come —thanks to them. Also the place is impeccably clean thanks to Mary from housekeeping and her crew including Sydney.

My wife, Lynn, and I have lived at Balfour Riverfront Park for almost 8 years, and we love it. It is a wonderful community, great residents, wonderful staff and administration. Things are not always perfect, but where are they? And while Balfour was a nice place to live when we got here, conditions have improved greatly over the 8 years. We have a Residents Advisory Committee, and the administration listens. The staff, top-to-bottom are personally committed to excellent service and they deliver it. When there are problems, they are usually handled in a timely manner. Food service, housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, all excellent. And when there are issues, communication is open and honest. This was a good place to live when we got here, and it has gotten much better. It has also become a much better place to work, judging by the performance, attitude and retention of employees. Lynn and I made a very satisfactory choice to live here.
