Jason at Bald Eagle Inspection Services, LLC was professional, thorough and responsive. When we suspected mold and made the call he was there the next day. Jason took his time testing all areas of our house. He spent time with us explaining everything he was doing and everything he saw. He answered all of our questions and alleviated our concerns. We received a full comprehensive and thorough report, what steps we needed to take and recommendations for other steps we could take right away. The results were quick and he was attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, even messaging me when I had questions. We are thankful for Jason and that there are still trustworthy businesses out there!

There was a miscommunication with scheduling an estimate. While they were very polite when I initially called to tentatively schedule an appointment, when something came up and that appointment was cancelled, they were incredibly disrespectful. I was spoken to like a child being reprimanded when I tried to explain this.

We heard of Jason's name and company from several individuals so we decided to give him a try. When he was at our house he was very professional but also very personable and we did not feel like he was intruding into our home. He was up front and honest with us with everything that he was seeing in our attic. With communications he was quick to respond and always picked up the phone even if he might have been in the middle of something. Any questions that were asked he was knowledgable on the topic and he took the time to explain everything and answer any concerns that we had. My wife and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Hired Bald Eagle Inspection Services to inspect possible mold exposure in my apartment. I was experiencing some health issues and wanted to make sure that I wasn't being exposed to something. Jason inspected my apartment very carefully, took some air quality tests. No mold, but upon inspection he happened to notice mouse droppings and pointed to a possible infestation. So I thank him for that , I will contact my landlord and get this sorted out. Highly recommend 👌
