I booked 2 days trip with them on May7th to 8th. I requested for both darshan tickets(srivani break darshan) and car. I can vouch for getting same day darshan tickets. I got it by 9.30 on may 7th. But i got so annoyed with their travel arrangements. I got call from driver previous day and he said he will come for pickup at sharp 5 am on May 7th. We were ready and called driver at 5am. To our surprise, his wife picked up and said that he is sleeping and he wont come. We were shocked and called the owner. He said there is a miscommunication and same driver will reach in 10 minutes. I messged him i already knew driver is from Avadi and how he can reach us (chrompet) in 10 minutes. When we called, he didn't respond. He later messaged another drivers contact and would pick us up at 6:15. After lot of follow ups(only whatsapp message, no calls as owner didnt attend), driver finally came at 6:30 am.. We were relieved. To much of our horror, driver came in innova and transfered us to etios in Poonamallee. Half way through, tge car stopped and didnt start.. Driver called someone and tried lot of things, it didnt start. My husband and a another biker helped to push the car in hot sun and finally car started. We had our breakfast and even there, driver kept the engine on during our halt for breakfast. We continued oir journey and car stopped again. Agian, driver did tried all things, and again my husband and another biker helped push car and car started again. Meanwhile i tried calling Owner to give us an alternate car atleast from tirupathi fearing to travel in this car hilltop, but we never got any response. Finally we finished our journey in same car bg gods grace we were safe. We paid 9000 for the travels. I wouldnt recommended their travels to any one though you can get their help for getting darshan tickets though a bit costly.

I hired their services for Darshan to Tirupati Balaji from Chennai. It was a day package. I was timely picked up from Chennai by Mr. Muthu. He was very professional. We visited the Padmavathi Temple & Tirupati Balaji Temple. After the darshan I was dropped back to Chennai on the same day. Thank you Mr. Muthu for the safe drive and timely darshan.

My son , Booked a 2-day Tirupati package for ₹10,200 which promised coverage of 8 temples, but they covered only 4 temples. Driver Kumar was careless and dropped us at the bus stand 4 hours before our bus timing, making us wait unnecessarily.
When we complained, their response was, “You should have informed us at that time.” This is completely irresponsible. It is not the customer’s job to remind the driver to follow the package itinerary.
Very poor service, false promises, no accountability, and they refused any refund or compensation. Not recommended at all.

Customer informed us after this a week completing the trip , what can we do??? .. over the call customer said everything is satisfied .. and raising a false reviews against us, Customer demaned full refund for the complimentory places and also if the customer would have informed us during the trip we definetly inform our driver to cover even more places if time permits

We had a wonderful Tirupati Temple darshan trip with Padmavathi Travels. Driver Siva Ramakrishnan was very polite, calm, and respectful throughout the journey. He drove safely, guided us properly, and helped us during the entire trip, making our darshan smooth and peaceful.
