Excellent service! The tech, Brandon, was quick, efficient, and fixed my ac problem. I will definitely use this company from now on. I just moved to the area and contacted other hvac companies and there was really no response from them even after a few days of waiting, which became uncomfortable with the summer heat going on. I decided to contact Bain’s company and was immediately contacted back with an appointment. If anyone is new to the area or unsure which hvac company to use, your first choice should be to contact Bain.

Texted them last night when A/C compressor wouldn't cut off. They texted back promptly I was on the list, but they had so many calls it might be Friday. They were here at 10:30!!! Everything fixed by 11am. Extremely happy.
