We have been using BA house cleaning for over a year now, and they always do a wonderful job. They are very accommodating and are willing to listen to all of our requests. We have had many different cleaners perform service at our house, and they have all done an excellent job. We recently had Nohemi perform a service at our house. Not only did she do an amazing job, she was polite, efficient, and took the time to do a very thorough cleaning job. We have recommended BA house cleaning services to our friends and family and will continue to recommend them in the future.

Lina was absolutely wonderful for my monthly cleaning. She had great attention to detail, a really kind and friendly vibe, was precisely on time, and was thorough and capable. Did a way better job than I would ever be able to do. Can’t wait for her to come back!! Be aware that because this company is bonded & insured, rates might be higher than independent cleaners. They do have a nice online portal and a good reminder system for when cleanings are upcoming. There is also a good pre-service questionnaire to identify any special things to do or leave alone. Update 1/24/25: Great service from Julie!! Hugely satisfied - great communication, really paid attention to the details and was so kind and friendly. Definitely worth the cost of service. Update 12/8/25: I’m still very happy with the actual cleanings and the techs. They have all given great service (shoutout to Karla!). Updating my review in case anyone else has had issues on the administrative side with last minute scheduling changes. Be aware that there can be varying levels of schedule and tech changes, as last-minute as the day before (schedule) or day-of (who the tech is). They have a good portal but you have to remember to go and check, they send a text with a reminder but don’t ask you when they make changes. This service may be more appropriate for someone who doesn’t need to be home while the service is happening (I have to for apt bldg security requirements) and doesn’t care about having the same person each time.
