i’ve been here multiple times but had a really rude experience with one of the female workers today. i ordered my egg bagel with strawberry cream cheese and while i was waiting for it, paid for it and saw it was rung up on the machine as such. when i got the order, i realized the girl had given me plain cream cheese.
i kindly went back to her and just said hey i think i ordered strawberry cream cheese and you gave me plain. she immediately snatched the bagel from my hands and said “i asked you if you wanted plain and you said yes” and before i could even respond, walked away mumbling under her breath. i don’t mind the mistake and understand these things happen but im confused how i could pay for the order with the exact notes but somehow im the one in the wrong? she had the ticket right in front of her. she never even apologized or said let me remake it for you.
i appreciate the man at the register who helped me out because i opted for a refund due to how rude the girl was. i don’t believe in spending money at establishments where the customer service is lacking or you’re treated as an inconvenience. especially over something as trivial as a bagel.

The workers are great and the bagels are good. But it's far too inconvenient to order a bagel. They used to accept phone orders, but management was so poor they couldn't do the simple job of dedicating a person to handling phone order pickups. So you would order on the phone, and then arrived and have to stand in the same line until you got to the front to say "I ordered on the phone."
Now, you can only order online, they send you a link. And when you're paying there is a $1 convenience charge added. It is far from convenient, to be forced to order online, and then be charged a dollar for doing so. When your bagel is $5, and you're charged $1 to order it, you're being charged 20%

Say NO to plastic straws!
The service & food are very consistent. The everyone is helpful and highly efficient. Everyone is taken care of here, not ignored. Great staff is a reflection of great management.

Thank you for using Compostable Eco-friendly packaging! Now only if the straws were compostable. This store is a role model where fast food big corporations should follow.

Me gustó mucho, a buen precio y con buenos ingredientes. El bagel de salmón con queso crema está delicioso y es muy llenador; es perfecto si quieres comer algo rápido y saludable.
Tienen variedad de combinaciones y diferentes tipos de pan bagel. Sin duda regresaré.

Good bagels for LA but the service is not good. Ordered online and was waiting 30 min, way beyond the estimated pickup time. Every time I’ve gone there the staff takes a long time to even acknowledge you or take your order. The staff is not rude per se they just need a better system in place.
