We had an issue with our house door lock on a Sunday morning — the key stopped working and then snapped inside the lock, which was really stressful, especially with the bank holiday coming up. We honestly thought it would be hard to get a locksmith out at such short notice.
We found Baddow in Braintree online and called them, and Simon came out quickly. He was really friendly and easy to talk to from the moment he arrived, and he explained everything clearly as he went along. His communication was spot on and he was completely transparent about the price, taking the time to go through everything properly so there were no surprises.
He got straight on with the job, knew exactly what he was doing, and fixed the lock without any fuss. He also cut us many new keys there and then, all working perfectly. The materials he uses are clearly top quality as well.
Overall, Simon was professional, honest, and just a genuinely nice bloke. Really grateful he got everything sorted so quickly — highly recommended!!

Such a great service from Baddow Locksmiths. Called late in the evening and Simon came round within 15 mins. Made the door secure overnight and game back the following morning, fixing new locks and mechanism. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Baddows Locksmiths.
I was in a tight spot with a broken locking system on my patio doors.
Simon came to me at short notice, very friendly and knowledgeable, he somehow fixed the damaged part.
This saved money on replacing the entire mechanism.
