Baddow Locksmith was professional and communication was clear and prompt. Once Simon identified what was needed, I was promptly given a quote and a date to get the locks changed. Once on site, I got advice on other aspects of the lock, door and safety. I would definitely call them again for any lock/keys issues and recommend to friends and family. Very Happy with the service. My UPVC door was playing up with the handle feeling bad which was all sorted and door realigned after it had dropped a bit.

Emergency call out to replace two locks on a weekday evening - he came out quickly, and did a very professional job at a good price, and was even able to cut some additional keys after fitting. Great communication via WhatsApp too. Highly recommended.

Fixed bifold door lock which had broken. Also looked at shed lock after a previous break in rendered it unlockable.
Simon did a great job with the bifold and managed to fix the existing shed lock so thereby saving on a new lock and additional cost.
Great tradesman and friendly communications. I definitely recommend
