Very impressed by the professional , friendly and helpful customer service. Simon arrived very promptly and sorted out a problem with our front door there and then at a reasonable cost. He had all the required spares with him and cut additional keys from his van whilst I waited. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. No hidden extras in the pricing. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using his services again should they be required in the future.

We needed a lock box installed and the lock on our front door changed. We phoned Simon to discuss our requirements which he explained to us and was then round our house within half an hour to do the work. Incredibly impressed with the service we received. Our elderly neighbour had locked himself out. Baddow Locksmiths came very promptly and quickly gained entry. A very polite, professional service which I would not hesitate to use in the future.
