I always go to Chris if I have problems because he’s knowledgeable, professional, polite but friendly. He helped me with my pulled calf muscle (a known weak spot)and I haven’t experienced any discomfort since. It’s lovely to be pain-free. Highly recommended.

Chris was very welcoming and explained what he was going to do for my chronic pain. I will continue treatment with him . He worked on my back for a whole hour, while the chiropractor I was going to only spent a few minutes. I would recommend him to family and friends

Having not been happy with a different physio I was referred to Chris. He was very knowledgable and explained things to me in anatomical terms which I like and showed me what the issues were using models of my shoulder. He then treated my shoulder which was a little painful but very effective. I would have no hesitation to recemmend him.

After getting agonising shoulder impingement/rotator cuff tendinopathy, I found Chris online and went to see him. He was very thorough at assessing the causes and was fantastic at releasing the agonising muscle spasm. I went home feeling almost back to normal which was incredible after the month and more of pain. Having had a few injuries over the past few years, it's great discovering someone not far from where I live who will be able to deal with pain - I'll go straight away next time! Chris has the natural teacher's desire to convey his knowledge so that you can understand what is going on and he followed up by sending me some exercises and answering any questions I had.

Sometimes it’s worth shopping around - I’ve had one treatment so far for chronic tension and Chris has made a difference. I’ve a way to go yet due to the length of time I’ve neglected my body, but I think I’ve found the person to put me on the road to recovery. It was a proper deep tissue therapy but what my muscles need.
