Azalea Home Care was recommended when my father transitioned from a rehabilitation facility to home and needed a great deal of care. The entire staff have been wonderful. The owner took the time to meet me for a consultation and is available for calls/text/email. The nurse liaison met with my father to assess his needs and goals, helped me arrange DME and items he would need at home for care, and has routinely checked in with me to see if we need anything and follows through with assistance and resources. The CNAs working with dad are wonderful! They are friendly, professional, and are doing a great job taking care of my dad. The family portal makes it easy to share information, review schedules and pay the invoice. I am very happy Azalea was recommended and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home care company.

Azalea provided an incredible service to my wife for 7 days , 24 hours a day. One word for caregivers who took care of my wife....Incredible. They were kind, respectful and professional. Azalea Home Care has been amazing since day one. This is the 3rd company in the past 2 1/2 years, that I have used for the care of my mother who has Alzheimer’s and I am very satisfied. Anish and Keena are very attentive to your needs. I have had two of Azalea’s nurses and they have both been great. My current nurse Emilla is absolutely the best. I wouldn’t trade her for the world. There's a lot you can say about a company when leaving a review, but for us with Azalea, it's pretty straightforward. My mom was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) officially around Fall of 2021. My wife and I moved in with my parents around June of 2022 to help care for my Mom and do as much as we could to help in anyway possible. Unfortunately, ALS is a 24/7 disease. And that's where Azalea came in. We were at our lowest--just trying to keep things afloat. There is absolutely no way in hell we could have kept things going and giving my mom the care she deserved without Azalea. The staff that works for them took particular care in our situation and were like angels to us. I tell everyone--our family would not have survived without Anish and his team at Azalea. The help and compassion they showed could never be duplicated, and we will always be grateful to them. I mean this from the bottom of my heart, if you need help with homecare, please consider Azalea. I met with Anish, CEOof Azalea Home Care and discussed what I was looking for in CNAs and caregivers for my mom. I have had service for more than 3 weeks and have had the same 2 CNAs caring for my mom, with no turnovers or uncertainty. I trained the ladies on their first day and have not had no issues with them for not doing what’s needed. Mom loves her caregivers 💜 and they get along great, which is very important. The ladies are trained professionals, polite, respectful, and most of all, they are not on their phones. I would recommend Azalea Home Care for CNAs/caregivers for your loved ones.
Anish is pleasant to work with, he will do check up calls to make sure client is happy and CNAs are following their assignment.
