The installers were awesome! All three of the guys Luis, Gustavo and Gavin were all exceptional technicians. They provided a timely, neat and detailed service with a smile very kind guys. An extremely long day for them but a pleasure to have moving about in my home.

Out of 3 times that we made appointments not once someone showed up. Or called to let us know they were not gonna make it to the appointments. Missed work to make sure someone was home, just to be wasted time. Please do better communicating with costumers.

Our technician Gabe is the best! We had about 6 technicians come out from our home warranty to fix our Lennox and eventually had to go out of network. He was able to solve and fix the problem most people couldn't. Very throughout explanation, kind, professional and helped trouble shoot with us. Very happy with the service!

SIGNED UP WITH AZ 0N 02/26/2016 BEEN PAYING $40 PER MONTH WITH A PLATINUM PLAN. IF YOU TAKE OUT $2000 FOR FILTER CHANGE TWICE A YEAR. THEY STILL HAVE MY $2800. THEY NEVER CLEANED EVAPORATOR COIL OR BLOWER. WHAT THE USE OF TAKING A MAINTENANCE PLAN IF YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER. NOT HAPPY WITH AZ SERVICE PLAN. I WANT AZ TO CLEAN EVAPORATOR COIL AND BLOWER AND TAKE CARE OF OTHER STUFF.
