I do not have enough words to thank Jonathan. I was looking for 95% LTV mortgage on a skilled worker visa and had been denied from 2 banks directly and another very famous high street mortgage broker had also said NO after doing their research on my case. I was very disappointed and lost all hope. Then I came across Jonathan from Ayla Mortgages and contacted him as a last attempt having not much hope. He came back to me within an hour and called despite me contacting out of normal working hours. He asked me only a few and very relevant questions instead of usual 1-2 hour long appointments with mainstream brokers. And it was enough for him to conclude and reassure me that he will secure me the required mortgage. He asked for a few documents to be sent to him and came back next day with an agreement in principle for 95% LTV for me. Long story short. I had an offer accepted since then. Jonathan have secured final mortgage offer for me at a very competitive rate with the same bank who had refused me earlier. He updated me at each step. He has remained very responsive. Accessible via email, text and call and comes back to me within hour. Explains things in simple terms. Answers every question with such patience. I just cannot recommend him enough.

Jonathan has been a great help with getting our mortgage sorted. When we first contacted him we were living abroad, which made getting a mortgage much more difficult, but he worked with us every step of the way and made sure we got the best deal and were always updated. When it came to remortgaging, Jonathan contacted us in plenty of time and again got us the best deal. He kept an eye on the rates and even got us a slight reduction before the start date to save us on our monthly repayments. He is very knowledgeable about the mortgage market and was able to answer any questions we have. But most of all, he is always generous with his time and always made us feel like we were valued and important. I would highly recommend, and plan on using Ayla Mortgages again to remortgage when my current fixed term deal expires.
