Jonathan is the consummate professional. We have worked with him on 3 occasions and each time he took the time to explain our options and the relative pros and cons. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan at Ayla Mortgages. He has always given me wise advice and when we came to needing to secure a mortgage deal the week that over 800 lenders withdrew their rates, he was up at midnight and then first thing the next day, holding on a phone line for several hours, until the deal was confirmed! He made a stressful time as easy for us as it could have been. I will always use him!

Initially I decided to purchase a property without a mortgage advisor, but turns that having one, and as brilliant, knowledgeable and professional as Jonathan, was the best decision I made.
Jonathan managed to arrange for me an excellent mortgage product in a very volatile time of interest rates increases, at a very short notice.
Jonathan’s and the rest team’s professional and friendly work helped me navigate smoothly through the otherwise very stressful process of purchasing a property. For any question or concern I had, the team was always there to back me up. Jonathan also helped me select a very good insurance policy.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to both Jonathan & Becky for all your support with our property purchase. As our Mortgage Broker, you were able to find a really good deal for us & further supported us by overseeing the process. To add to this you made yourselves available for any questions we had. It was a personalised service & as first time buyers, was paramount for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
It didn’t stop there. We encountered a number of issues with our conveyancer in terms of the lack of communication, not keeping scheduled times for calls, failure to update, the list goes on. However Jonathan & Becky got involved & helped escalate & progress things. All whilst continually keeping us updated.
So would we recommend them? 100%!! Time & time again
